Drain Doctor - Derby Avis 

Not the easiest of internal jobs with very limited access, however the guys were determined to clear the blockage. plus we are a very busy restaurant and they worked around our opening hours, very happy with the outcome and the service given would definately recommend.

Drain Doctor arrive within about an hour of me calling them.
They unblocked the drain and found the cause of the problem and we have booked them to remedy it, which will involve digging up part of our patio to reach the broken pipe.
I was happy with the quote for the remedial work and also with the speed at which they unblocked the drain.

Engineer arrived at exact time advised, very courteous and explained what he was going to do and what the cost would be depending on his findings. He was able to trace that the blockage was in the shared sewer so over to Severn Trent who I very much doubt will respond as quickly.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. The lad on site was extremely polite, took the time to walk me through the issue clearly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure I knew exactly what the next steps were and what to expect, which gave me real confidence in the process.

It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication with such a high standard of workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Richard and Jordan took a lot of trouble investigating my late mum’s house’s drains.

They explained everything carefully and looked into the many complexities of what was happening with the storm drain and septic tank.

Quick response and reliable and friendly service.

As an honest review it didn’t meet my expectations by a long shot. He diagnosed collapsed pipes by just plunging one entry point and said I’m not going any further. Asked if he could inspect it with a camera so we could actually find if that was the case and was told it’s not water proof. What? the camera was not water proof? The camera that has to go down a water drain. So £108 pounds for more questions than answers, or no real answer at all. I’ll call the professionals to have a look and at least give me an answer or have a go a clearing it.

Jordan the technician arrived early which is always a good thing . He was polite , friendly and gave me a comprehensive overview of what the issue was in his professional opinion . He tired to resolve the issues as best he could but he couldn’t , through no fault of his own ( parking issues ) meant he couldn’t get his van close to my house to operate his power hose . However he gave me advice on what to do next , who to contact etc. clearly Jordan is an asset to his employer/company . I’d definitely recommend his company

They sorted out the slight blockage, put the camera all the way through.

Called Monday morning for a blocked drain, was given an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. The team's communication was excellent - the engineer was running behind on jobs and they kept me updated before my time slot had even started. Once he arrived - not much later than the original time - the problem was sorted quickly and with a friendly attitude. Price very fair. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Very pleased with the service provided by Drain Doctor. The engineer was booked for the following day, but phoned to say he could come earlier. Jordan was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem which was then sorted out quickly.
