Drain Doctor - Derby Avis 

Quick response within an hour to our drainage problem. Wayne quickly identified the source of the blockage, which he showed us on the camera. After clearing the problem he took photos of our drain, pointing out what to look out for in future. All round, excellent service which we would recommend to others.

Nice chap, spent plenty of time to make sure I understood exactly where our problem was, which was where we didn't think there was one, & also investigated where we thought there might be a problem, but there wasn't. Showed me screen on site, got me to take photos, & also got a copy of the images emailed to me.

Paul and Wayne did a great job clearing our blocked drain for us. Two knowledgeable friendly guys who kept up informed all way through the work what they were doing.
Left our property clean and tidy. Hardly knew they had been.
Drain Doctor quoted fair price for the work and although there was a small additional cost as the job proved to be more complicated than originally thought, Paul did inform us of this before carrying out the additional work.
Although I hope I won’t need them again, I would definitely have no hestitation in calling Drain Doctor in the future.

Jordan arrived a couple of hours after I made the call. Jordan had a look at the issue and after trying a couple of things knew where the problem was. After giving me options I went with the long term fix as opposed to the short term fix which he explained thoroughly and communicated back to his office. Not wanting to leave us without a toilet they moved schedules around and he was back first thing the next day to sort it. Thankfully I chose the long term fix as what we discovered when he got to work was horrendous workmanship from whoever the previous owners employed to install and connect the toilet pipe to the main drain. Jordan was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure and also offered great some great advice for the future. His manager was also very supportive when asking for advice on other aspects. Hopefully now a proper job has been done to what the previous property owners left me with I won’t need to, but I 100% would go with them again.
