Jenelle was straight forward with questions about my health and well being. The video calls were very convenient to my schedule.

It was so great! Susan is excellent, she was so kind, funny and knowledgeable!

It was SO easy to take my test, and the clinician helped me understand exactly what's going on for me.

The device is simple to use and doesn’t interrupt your ability to sleep. Beth, my sleep consultant, conducted a very thorough and thoughtful session reviewing my results. She explained very clinical things in layman’s terms and navigated answering my questions while progressing through the clinical results with grace. She followed up on the same day with additional information and responses to my questions and potential next steps.
I am lucky to have a clinical consultant who is genuine, thoughtful, thorough, and interested in helping me…..qualities I rarely find these days!

My experience with Dreemhealth was great because it gave me the convenience of a sleep study from my home along with a thorough explanation of my sleep patterns, what the patterns indicate and options available for treatment. The entire process was easy and definitely worth the time and cost.

I am super impressed with this company, and my experience. I love my nurse Brandy Metz. She is very informative and resourceful, highly recommend her. I did my sleep study for 2 nights and my results were shocking! Though I kind of expected it. It was super easy and I could barely tell it was there. Much nicer than going to the hospital and having wires all over and stuck to you. My results came in quickly, and Brandy took the time to go over everything with me so I understood what everything ment. Needless to say, I am so so happy my mom sent this company's information to me. If you have to pay OOP it is very affordable and very much worth it. Next step is getting my cpap machine that Brandy has ordered for me. I am super excited to feel better and get much needed sleep. Sorry for the long review, but I just have so many great things to say about my experience so far 😊

Receiving and using the test was extremely easy, even sending the test pod back was easy.
Brandi was so very nice! She explained everything so that I understood, then she went over my results and explain them so that I understood the results as well.
She’s going to send me a prescription so that I can get them mouthpiece that I need one of the easiest things I’ve ever done!

It didn't do as much as I had hoped and the services available are very limited. The expectation was that I had a clear goal about my sleep. My sleep is very dysregulated working a night shift and the solutions provided did not seem like they would make much impact. The provider said my sleep study data was not very good and it made it difficult to make too many inferences on it. I said I was willing to do the study again and was told the device only had a certain amount of time available. Given the poor quality of my sleep, I think I actually had enough time left on the device to do another study. I would have paid more for another study, but my guess ia maybe my insurance wouldn't cover it or the app wouldn't offer it. I don't feel like the provider was the problem. The services provided by Dreem seem incredibly limited. I looked again on the site and it just sounds like a lot of empty promises with no real specifics except something akin to "we'll help you get better sleep." Dreem doesn't seem to test for anything other than sleep apnea. I already knew that I have sleep apnea. The provider did adjust the pressure on my cpap and tell me some information that I was not aware of prior, such as my heart rate going sometimes up to 150 vpm per minute, but that was it. The solutions offered were not very helpful. One solution that was offered was writing a letter of medical necessity to my employer to see if I could be moved to night shift. I didn't mean to, but I laughed. I work in healthcare in a hospital. No one cares about how much sleep I get. There is always plenty of work available and all the overtime I could ever want or not want. I know multiple people who shift between night and day shifts within the same week. I know several nurses who are mothers who work nights and shift to a day schedule on their days off so they can be present as a parent on their days off. There were never any recommendations about my concerning heart rate, not even any conversation about talking to a primary care doctor or helping me find another provider or service that would actually do more than Dreem. I'm actually more upset as I write this because I am out $120 for 2 appointments and I feel like almost nothing was accomplished. The only good that came of getting services through Dreem is that I have an idea that my sleep apnea is worse than I thought Dreem doesn't seem to do much of anything for people with actual sleep problems. I suspect that I may have more issues than just sleep apnea. The only solution for my sleep apnea was to increase the pressure. Perhaps I could have benefited from a bipap or a different cpap device. The more I think about this, the angrier that I am that I was charged for this service I could have gotten the aame answers from my PCP. I am being charged $60 per session for a specialist. Seeing my PCP wouls have cost me $20 per session. All the provided did was look at my Cpap data and talk to me about it and basically tell me it looked bad and I already knew that. Honestly, this feels criminal that your company is offering mediocre services and asking for a specialist copay. Literally, how dare you. I am out $80 extra because your service is bullshit. I now intend to talk to customer service to see if I can get any kind of reimbursement or refund for this. What f-ing bullshit. This was a waste of my f-ing time. After talking to that provider twice, I contacted an actual sleep clinic with actual f-ing doctors locally to get real services done. That is the only good. Your services were such f-ing bullshit, that it prompted me to contact doctors at an actual clinic. F you and f your company. I want my money back. Your service is garbage. What a f-ing waste of money.

This process has been so simple and efficient. As an RN, this is important for patients in general! My provider is fantastic, demonstrates caring and did a great job explain my results and ensuring my questions were answered. Kudos Dreem Health!!

Clear instructions, and helpful staff.

This has been an excellent experience. Karen Palomino has been the best. She explains everything thoroughly and has a calming presence. Everything has been easy to understand and the treatment plan gives me hope. Looking forward to working, further, with Dreem Health to improve my sleep hygiene.

The instructions and communications were straightforward and timely. Easy to understand and very user friendly. The actual sleep study with the sensor was very simple. The consultations before and after the test were easy to understand. They take care of the insurance formalities for the patient. They also follow through with arrangements if future appointments are necessary. I highly recommend this procedure.

Not worth the frustration. They say to communicate with them through their app but the never respond. Also very slow shipping. I just wanted to make sure they remembered to order a new mask like we discussed at my appointment but I can’t get an answer so the only way I could think of making sure is by scheduling an appointment! I’m desperate because the first mask I was sent does not work for me.

Literally the most unresponsive, unprofessional health providers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unless you have lots of time to waste following up with people who never respond UNTIL you say to close your account, do not even start with them.

Karen has been great! She went above and beyond, from the intake interview, up until explaining the results of my sleep study. The whole process was very convenient and I'm excited to start on treatment.
