Not supplying orders. NO communication
First medication order, no problems. Second medication order…. Took my payment, script finally authorised after 6 days…. Still no medication delivered. Very POOR communication on their part. Have emailed this company more than 20 times, have tried to contact them via social media/insta etc and have tried to phone them on the number provided on their insta account…. Disconnected! Have asked and asked for a refund - NOTHING. No replies, no acknowledgments of receiving my emails - nothing. I have emailed the ‘pharmacy’ who supplied my first order via the company - Cloud Rx - they responded straight away advising they do not have my order.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. After 4 weeks I am still waiting for my £108 refund which I’m having to go through my bank.
Frank review about Dr. Franks
Some months Dr Franks are on time to send my order, some months you need to chase. But at the end I have my order in a proper box delivered. The team is always there to reply. I am a long-time client of Dr Franks and I would recommend them.

The most appalling company i’ve ever dealt with.
They are taking people’s money for medication that they don’t physically have or send out!!!!!
I emailed daily after ordering medication & having no updates. After 2 weeks they “apologised” for their delays & said they were trying to get orders out as quickly as possible. Another 2 weeks later i’m still waiting & they haven’t responded any further. They then had the cheek to take money for my next pen when they hadn’t even dispatched my 1st pen!!!
They’ve left me without medication, won’t offer a refund & refuse to answer emails! Absolutely disgusted by such unprofessionalism & will be telling anyone I can, AVOID DR FRANKS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I am on my end of 2nd injection, luckily no side effects and my hunger is definitely less. So far I lost 2kg.

Worst customer care ever .. nurse super nice and professional but after that all is just a terrible experience- they take your money, don’t dispatch your order, no response to your email, phone never works, ask for refund, no answer and not sure what is going to happen next ..zero communication from them

100% SCAM Company!! Had to apply to PayPal claim for my money back!! No reply to any emails after paying them! I hope all of these complaints will catch up with you, you dirty dogs! And your whole team get uncovered and end up being truly revealed all over the media!

Took my payment 31st march
Took my payment 31st march, sent me health questionnaire after I emailed a week later due to not receiving the medication. Since then I’ve emailed 4-5 times and no sign of my medication. Was advised it was released from pharmacy and given tracking info over a week ago but royal mail are still awaiting the package. I’ve now been two weeks without medication and despite nhs advice not to take the higher dose if it’s been two or more weeks gap, one of the advisors at dr franks have advised me it’s safe! Insane. But still no arrival. Will be making a formal complaint.

No phone number & when you find one online it says they're not taking phone calls - only an email address. Emailed. They've got my money & I've now been without my jabs for 2 weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if this review (which I've posted direct to their website also) suddenly disappears from their site either.

Ordered on 13/04/2026 #103535. They have taken my money and it has left my bank. I have had no updates and I have emailed them every single day with no response. Their service is truly shocking. They don’t contact you for updates or offer any of the support they claim to.
I have had to open a claim with PayPal/my bank to get a refund. It is disgusting service!!
Please do not use them, take your custom elsewhere!

It would be nice to know when the medication is being despatched. But it arrived and that’s the main thing.
REstarting the programme
I first used Dr Frank's Weight Loss Clinic last year and was disappointed with the service provided for repeat subscriptions but they did rectify the problems and during the 3 month I used it, I lost 2st. I did not use it when I was travelling between 16th December and 9th January but was pleased to note that I maintained my weight loss on my return. I had an appointment booked with a Practice Nurse in February when I wanted to restart the programme but for some reason this appointment was cancelled with no reason given. I then put on a few lbs and decided to start the programme again and received my prescription efficiently two weeks ago. So on balance, I am satisfied rather than being pleased with the service received.

Had a good experience to start with but I signed up to a subscription which they promptly took the payment on the day yet still to receive my pen, I’ve emailed no response contacted all social media platforms still nothing and the phone lines don’t work. They have until Monday then I will be speaking to the bank for a recharge and cancelling my subscription as two weeks late now taking my pen.
