Don’t use. They take your money in the beginning and then stop delivering. I paid upfront for 9 jabs, only 3 arrived on time. Then had to restart the monjaro program because of the gap in their delay, and now have been waiting 3 months for my last 3 jabs which I suspect is a write off…. Ridiculous. Daylight robbery. And no reply to my emails and the have removed phone number from website.

Fabulous company always so helpful on the phone with the team and very knowledgeable.
The consultation is always straightforward on the phone with a lovely lady that I have spoken to several times over the past year.
I have lost so much weight over the past 18 months and felt amazing on this product and definitely recommend using this company for your journey.

Ordered a 2.5 - 5 - 7.5 mg Mounjaro deal with 3 pens. They never sent the 5 and I had to order one separately. I messaged so many times on both WhatsApp numbers, tried their phone line, emailed, everything, but they completely ignored me and never sent it. Can not recommend them at all, really bad business taking people’s money and never sending orders.

I would give a minus if I could. I have been with Dr Frank’s weight loss program for about 18-24 months and right from the start I had issues with deliveries. The customer service is awful and they rarely reply to messages. I have consistently had to chase up missing orders or short deliveries. At the time of writing I have paid for April and May and was advised in a general email to go to another company with a code - this company will only allow 1 month so I am still missing a month which is circa £229. I rang my credit card company in June and stopped any further payments and I keep receiving emails from Dr Frank’s saying that the payment had failed. I am applying to my credit card company for a section 75 chargeback for the outstanding months payment.

I would touch this company ever again which is a shame because they are local to me

As a type 1 diabetic, this team have excellent support and expertise to support weight loss when managing a chronic condition alongside exercise.
The prescription service is reliable and the team are responsive if you have queries outside if your appointments.

Have taken my money for 2 orders, nearly £400 and have had nothing delivered. Haven’t replied to my emails. Disgusting

I have been with few companies in the past as trying to get new customers discount and this company is the worse ever. The charged me after I unsubscribed them 5 months ago then never delivered the product. Never answered calls or emails either despite I tried to contacted them daily. Now I gave up with 200+ pounds lost. AVOID!!!!!! N

Terrible experience. The company owe me £172 for a pen that was ordered in March and never delivered. No answer when you call and no response when you email. After three months of chasing, they gave me a discount code to use a different pharmacy, however they require my prescription. I can only retrieve this through Dr Franks, but they ignore all forms of communication. They still have my money and have still not sent me anything.

They have completely abandoned me owing me £700 worth of medication and have failed to fulfill my orders. They ignore all emails and attempts to resolve the situation.

First order was great and on time. Never received my second order for about 12 weeks. And the money was taken. Sent me to collect my order from another provider. Tried contacting the company multiple times and there was no response. Such poor communication. Would not want to use them. Not trustworthy

If i could put zero then i would. I am currently trying to get a refund for goods not provided to me. The customer service and indeed service overall is shoddy. Do not touch this company.

On April and may I was deducted for my prescription and didn’t receive them I tried contacting them and they never replied me . They then sent me a promotional code to take one of my prescriptions from bolt pharmacy which I received only one of my prescriptions and until now I havnt received the other one I have tried everything possible to contact the pharmacy but they do not reply. You guys are scam

Used Dr Franks for almost 2 years, Too hard to get help when needed. Suspended my prescription and kept on taking money from my card. There was no way to contact them. All the email addresses were bogus, not even a bot replied. Due to their negligence my weight and mental health suffered enormously. Contacted my bank to dispute the payments, still not paid back almost £600. Also was given a malfunctioning pen in September 2025, complained again and again till this day, I was not paid back my money for that faulty injection. Such a horrible experience with this clinic. Wish there was an easier process to complain about this clinic to GNC. In short, the most horrible online place, sadly taking advantage of people in need of their weight loss medications due to their fight against obesity. Such a shame, these establishments are allowed to exist.

Money paid. No product. No service. No replies to emails. No phone working. This is as close to illegal as a business can get and still be operating. Company with a long history of either being dishonest or incompetent. Or both. Someone send the cops around to shut them down and throw them in jail. I can’t believe how low humans can go. This company does sort of demonstrate that.

Dr Frank's took 2 x £172.50 (£345) from my bank account. They refused to prescribe medication but WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. Refuse to answer my many emails.
