Dr Frank's Weight Loss Clinic Avis 

I was charged for the second month of my subscription on 7th April 2026. I contacted the company numerous times for an update but received no response, eventually having to reach out via Instagram just to get their attention. I finally received a reply two weeks later stating that my medication was being dispatched.

Today is 30th April, and I have now been told there is a "backlog." They cannot guarantee delivery for several more days, though they have offered a refund. When I requested both the refund and the medication due to the significant inconvenience and stress caused, the Registered Manager (Martina) refused. She stated that, per their policy, they only offer one resolution: I either continue to wait with no guarantee of delivery or I take a refund.

The service is absolutely disgusting and they have no understanding of customer service. When it comes to health, you cannot have a "maybe" delivery date. DO NOT USE THEM and don't fall for the subscription trap!

The service I received is unacceptable. I placed an order on April 13th, and I was promised delivery within 24 to 48 hours, yet I still haven't received anything. They took my payment and are holding my card details without the option to remove them. The provided contact number is unreachable, and their suggestion to email them has resulted in no replies. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. Total scam, they take your money and don't refund. Please avoid!!!

Taken my money, been waiting weeks for delivery. Emails and phonecalls unanswered - do not use this company!! Having to go through my bank to claim money back.

Terrible service. I ordered on the 9th April and still have not received my order. I have emailed and messages multiple times and had no contact at all. Terrible customer service. They have my money and I will be contacting my bank to charge back if this is not sorted asap. Do not be enticed in by the good discounts!!

Ordered on 31st March, it’s now 29th April and I still haven’t had my item delivered phone lines don’t work and they ignore your emails avoid at all costs

paid for order on 5th April, four weeks later no delivery, tracking number provided indicates the order has not yet been dispatched by sender. They take your money immediately the day you order, then nothing. No response to numerous emails very poor customer service. I am now trying to get a refund .Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered my medication and over 2 weeks went by with numerous emails going back and forward. There was always an excuse as to why they hadn’t sent it and it always differed from the last. Have asked for a full refund and am now waiting yet again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stay clear of these people, I paid for my 2nd does of a weight loss pen, it is now 3 weeks since payment and no delivery rendering my first one a waste of time and money. Slow email responses when they eventually do respond, generally ignore emails in full. Phone number tells you to email them. I have now disputed my claim and I would advise anyone to avoid using this company. I have also made complaints to the CQC and GPhC. I have also applied for recovery from my bank for the outlay!

It is difficult to manoevre through your website to make changes or communicate. Always better to be able to speak over the phone

More fool me. I had repeatedly late deliveries and poor customer service last year but the last subscription seemed to come from a different distributor so when I decided to give it another go I decided to go back to them. What a mistake, paid for order #102910 on 7 April, three weeks later no delivery, no correspondence. So they take your money immediately the day you order, then nothing. No response to emails so I suppose I’ll have to contact my bank to fight them for my money back. Hugely disappointed

Great experience with customer service team. I had a query and replies were quick and to my satisfaction. Good price for first pen. Delivery was great, well secure packaging.

Wouldn’t even give one star if had the option !
Sat at approved since 2nd April and zero dispatch and zero response from them after 6 emails ! No refund ! Absolute waste of my time advise to stay away from!

WARNING - Do NOT use Dr Franks Weight Loss Clinic, the Company behind it - MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS GLOBAL LIMITED has filed to be wound up. Meaning they are closing up shop. Companies house is chasing them for accounts meaning they may be in trouble. The associated company Howell Medical Group cannot be contacted and their website is down, none of their phone numbers are being answered. So not use these people for the Monjaro Jab or any other weight loss medication. If you have already paid money, contact your bank and raise a debit card dispute immediately to get your money back. This group use shopify to sell the drugs to you, no legitimate pharmaceutical company will do that. They are also not registered on the General Pharmaceutical Register which regulates pharmacies in the U.K. and is a major red flag for a regulated industry ****DO NOT USE ****

Still waiting for order 30 days after payment, no response to emails, no way of contacting except this- really poor service- will need to claim money back through Bank

Unfortunately there's no words to describe such an appalling service.
Its all a scam... paid never received the product, ghosted completely.
Now im in touch with Consumer act ... will get some legal advise and action, its not acceptable for this Dr Frank's clinic still robbing money from honest hardworking people. IT'S A DISGRACED CLINIC.. if actually its a clinic and Dr frank's if a doctor should be barred from exercising. 0345 404 0506 if you need to report this horrible Scam.

It's been over a week and my order still hasn't arrived. No one from the clinic is giving any answers. I'm totally disappointed 😢 and it's a scam, but they took my money right away.

All the good reviews are defo bots / fake

I ordered my 5mg mounjaro on the 6th april, I have still not received it, I have run out now of my 2.5, so I am without my medication, I cant afford to pay for it twice.
Ive emailed Dr franks on several occasions to ask, where is my order? but I have no reply. I am fuming and am without mounjaro, they've taken my money clearly knowing they dont have any stock, its totally unprofessional & unacceptable 😤
To not reply to my emails is a disgrace to the company.
My bank says I cant do a chargeback until after 30 days. So I am now stuck in a rut with no way to get my medication. I am so upset and angry.
Do not bother using this company if you want your medication, you'll not get it and you'll not get any reason why either you'll just be ignored.
Worst company ive ever use fuming dosent begin to cover it.

Absolutely appalling. First order was okay. Second order and they took payment and three weeks later, the item has not been prescribed and not delivered. The telephone number doesn’t work and I have literally sent 30 emails and no response. I am going to formally raise a complaint with the Regulator. They should not be in business.
