I recently used the Dripdrop Umbrella service during my stay at the Citybox Tallin Hotel in Estonia. While the service itself was convenient, I initially faced an issue with the billing. I borrowed an umbrella for the stated fee, returning it the same evening. However, I later noticed an additional charge on my account, which was concerning.

I contacted the support team to resolve the issue, they were very responsive. After confirming the umbrella had been returned on the same day, they processed refund of the extra amount.

On a positive note, I was happy to learn that my rental led to a seedling being planted! 🌳🌳
Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend Dripdrop Umbrella Service.

Very convenient service. Easy to use and very quick in positively responding to an issue that arose with a mix up in the return of two umbrellas.

Really convenient experience of renting the Umbrella. The process of renting is quite simple and straightforward, had a bit of issue with being charged for the use (system must have not detected) but prompt customer service was provided and refund was initiated. Also very eco-friendly option.

It was a rainy day in Glasgow and we knew we were going to do a lot of walking in and out of places to see. Our hotel lobby at Yotel Glasgow had a rental umbrella stand. We paid the low and reasonable rental fee and away we went. Returned the umbrella later in the day as we returned to our room warm and dry! Great service for traveling guests.

I had an issue with an umbrella rental at the Holiday Inn London - Oxford Circus, and the Dripdrop team, especially Anne, handled it exceptionally well. They promptly investigated the problem and processed a full refund without hesitation. Anne's professionalism and the team's commitment to customer satisfaction were impressive. Great idea, really easy to use and saved me from a downpour in Newcastle upon tyne recently, as it was July i wasn't expecting heavy rain. £2 for 48 hrs rental was very reasonable also. I had a minor issue with the return but their customer service was excellent.

An excellent experience with umbrella in London. Very nice service. Unfortunatellly i suffer the stolen of my umbrella and they have been so kind and servicial with my problem! I high recommend the app.

Great idea. Stayed at the Indigo hotel in Liverpool and had a 10 mins walk to work. It was raining, so the availablity of an umbrella (£2 for 48hrs) was great.
However, I returned it slightly later than the 48hr limit due to being ill at the hotel and I was charged £18.
I contacted Drip Drop and they refunded me the £18 due to the fact I was ill. Great service.
Hopefully see more of them at different hotels around the UK.

Was great to have an umbrella having left mine at home. And when my forgetfulness continued and I was an hour late with my return, customer care was quick to respond and return the deposit.

Rented an umbrella from the Park Inn in Manchester..where it obviously always rains! It’s a great idea and big sturdy brollies too to hold up to the northern winds!
Had an issue when it was returned (more than likely user error) but the customer service was great, really quick email back, full refund and all sorted with no fuss. Will definitely use again!

Rented an umbrella and returned within 5 day time frame but was still charged the £20 fee.
Have to say it was quite difficult to track down who to contact for a deposit, finally I managed to contact them and money was returned within another 5 business days.

It was raining full day in paris. Glad to have dripdrop services at the accor Hotel.
When I return the umbrella, the rack was full. We return the umbrella to the security staff at hotel which assure us the payment will not be charged. However, after we checked out. We realised that a fee was charged. Contacted dripdrop, and they initiated the refund. Great customer service.

Very ease in use and amazing firm material!

Hired an umbrella for 20 minutes it cost 2£ and 18£ deposit. 6 weeks later still no deposit back. Check your account if you have used this company. I'll update this if they repay me.
