A good professional installation.
I would recommend Droylsden Glass for all your new window and door instructions. They use high quality materials and the fitters do an excellent job.
The only down side was the work had to be reschedule a few times but luckily I was able to cope with the delays.

Unfortunately I have felt the need to…
Unfortunately I have felt the need to change my previous 5 star rating. A couple of weeks after fitting, an issue arose with the patio doors. I contacted Droylsden Glass and it was arranged for a fitter to call and deal with the problem. The fitter did not call so I phoned Droylsden Glass and was told I would get a call back. This didn't happen so I called them again. A further appointment was made and again nobody turned up. I paid a considerable amount for the installation and would expect a better after sales service. I was tempted to give a 1 star review, but the product is of decent quality so I have given a 2 star. Based on the customer service alone it is worth no more than 1 star. Very disappointed.

first time buyers of Bi-Fold doors
As first time buyers of Bi-Fold doors , we were unsure about the different options available, but Dan made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgable , informative and took the time to explain the various door styles and features, helping us choose the right bi-Fold doors for our home. The showroom had a fantastic display of doors and windows, All of which looked to be of excellent quality. The range of products and availability was impressive, giving us plenty of choice without us feeling overwhelmed. Dan listened to what we wanted, I wanted integrated blinds to go with them also an installation service. Dan answered all our questions and concerns, and guided us towards the best option for our needs, we never felt pressured and appreciated his helpful and professional approach throughout. We received fantastic service, high quality products and a great customer experience from start to finish. My new Rockdoor was installed today by Paul, who arrived on time, worked until job completion and left my home clean and tidy. Paul completed the installation to a high standard of quality and I'm very happy with the work that has been done - Thank you, Paul.
I would also like to thank the whole team at Droylsden Glass for the excellent customer service I have received, from John, Julie & Rick in Accounts & Sales, Andy the surveyor and especially Ryan who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design of the product when I visited the showroom. I was kept informed of every step from start to finish and have had a great customer experience.

Excellent service!
Contacted a few local companies for quotes for new uPVC windows and went with Droylsden Glass purely because of the customer service. The quoted prices were all more or less the same but the difference in the contact, advice and attention from their sales advisor Nigel was second to none. From arranging the date of the visit with the receptionist to the visit from the surveyor everything has been on time and we havent had to chase for anything. Nigel was extremely personable, answered all our questions and explained fully the options and requirements and giving advice. He has constantly kept us updated by email and phone. We have yet to have the windows fitted but am very pleased so far and would definitely recommend!

Sitting down with Dan was so comprehensive, and he brought up several points we hadn’t even considered.

I had my new Rock door installed by Paul yesterday. I absolutely love my new door, attention to detail is second to none. Paul took great care not to spoil my decorating around the door. Paul is a great asset to the company.
