Terrible company won’t honor recalls on unsafe products.

We recently bought a PRO 26 (15.5 HP). It was NOT delivered as promised, was left in pieces at our front gate 500' away. My wife is 79, I'm 76 and it fell on us to put it together and get it to our barn.
And, the handle bar grips are so high and NOT adjustable - coming to my mid-chest, occassionaly injuring my shoulder when trying to manever it. It is grossly designed and unhealthy for people under 6'.
It came without a gas gauge so I have been, at times, left acres from our house where the stored gas is. Ergo, I have to check the gas every 20-minutes. And, the choke is so-so, sometimes taking several minutes to start...never had that issue with my previous 2 DRs.
My old DRs were not like this, the handle bar/grips were at a reasonable height for non-basketball height.
Did China buy DR...quality is NOT a constant!

I had a problem with the DR trimmer that a purchased. It died day 1, and wouldn't restart. I contacted DR and they were helpful, and accommodating. They came up with a very acceptable solution and now I have a trimmer that works great for my needs. Highly recommend this company.

I have two pieces of DRPower equipment , and both have been reliable. The real issue is when you need parts .The supply chain for their parts in a nutshell SUCK. Over the years its been the same story , “ not in stock and will ship in 2-3 week” , which is fine if that were the case . There is NO customer service follow up when parts do not ship on time , and it falls on the customer to do the follow up . My last order was placed on 4/08/26 and was to ship on 4/29/26. On May 1st I called and was told there was a delay and the parts would ship on 5/7 . On 5/15 when no parts arrived , once again it was on me to call and was told that they had shipped on 5/14 and would not arrive till 5/20 . Customer service with this company SUCKS and as I told the the CS head , next time I need to order equipment , there are other options that I will be using !!

Received the trimmer within the first five minutes the belt broke in half that powers the trimming head. When it was taken apart, was found that the belt was incorrectly, installed at the facility. Called and requested a new belt which has taken a week just to ship quality control seems to be lacking.

The sales experience was great. The upgrade ball head for my string trimmer is a major upgrade and reasonably priced. The new head makes insertion of the whips much easier and the retention of the whips while working is vastly better. On top of that, the new heavy orange whips will take a lot of punishment without coming off or breaking.

I bought the DR Pro tow behind tiller. It performs exactly as described. It works as stated. I made the unfortunate mistake of thinking I knew better than the instructions. I put harder shear bolts in the tines and sunk the tiller as far as it would go on previously untilled earth. Well, lesson learned. I just bought and paid for another $1200.00 transmission. Use the tiller as instructed and DO NOT exceed its operational limits! Great product and I would recommend to anyone. Just remember it’s still just a tiller. Not a tractor. DR makes great products and I own several.

Have used DR equity in the past. Good quality equipment, very durable products and easy to use and maintain.

My questions were answered the week before by Annamarie and I called her back last Wednesday to order a DR ProSP. She was very helpful in assisting with my phone purchase, assisted with proper accessories, and answered technical questions through her support team.

Ordered on phone and person was very helpful with my order.
Shipped very quickly.
Brush hog is a beast and just rips thru thick brush and trees.

I had a very bad experience last year when they changed warehouses and was very nervous about dealing with DR parts again ,I dealt with a parts guy his name was Gerry and was knowledgeable with my Spliter and we talked and my parts are on the way hope they show up better than last year 3 months anyhow hays off to Gerry

DR Customer Service was kind, efficient and was able to resolve my dual payment issue completely. He made the entire process easy. This is one more reason why I have several DR pieces of equipment. No one else I would trust.

I discovered DR Power years ago and a lot of my toys are orange. I have never been disappointed in any of your products. This time I needed a new hose for my Pilot 200 because of years of use and running into stuff. There are many offerings for DR products but as I age, I am having to slow down. I hope to pass your products to someone who loves them as much as I do.

The mower I bought was on sale so I received a great deal. The shipping took a little longer than originally quoted. However it was bigger than I expected, which made it even better deal. XPO Depot was amazing. They even took it out of the shipping crate so I could get it in my vehicle. The one guy even said he would have brought it to me had he not had his truck full Amazing service and great deals. Will definitely order from them again

Easy to order the only issue I have is with shipping I would have like shipping to my door to wheee the driver would unload your purchase instead off over charging $50 to deliver

I called to extend the warranty on our brush trimmer. The person I talked to looked up the invoice gave me a price, I paid with a credit card, and an order confirmation was emailed. The transaction went very smoothly.
