After being told the headlight bulbs I ordered were in stock I received an email saying they were not available. I contacted customer service twice and was told I would get a response promptly. I have yet to receive such notice

They won’t step up when they make an error
I ordered my speaker 4 weeks ago. DS18 sent me the wrong color. Instead of stepping up and fixing their issue and sending me the correct unit immediately, I had to ship their product back, wait for their “warranty department” to process the return before I could get my correct speaker. This process took 4 weeks.

For majority of everyone that is leaving bad reviews, do you think maybe it could be just you? Just need to be kind and patient. I have received product that wasn't quite up to my standards. I contacted Aaron and he has made it right, not once, but twice. Courtesy will go a long way. You call whining and yelling will get you no where. I do appreciate the help and will order my Pods as soon as they are available.
