DS Laboratories Avis 69

Been using their products for years. I like the shampoo, but their Spectral DNC topical solution seems like absolute snake oil. It makes my scalp itch and makes my head feel weird. No noticeable benefit from it. It may actually have had a negative effect on my hairline. Also, I don't see any way to leave a review on their website. Are their customer reviews even real?

DS Labs was supposed to include shampoo with the $100 purchase. It never came. When I contacted the company they were happy to sell me some. Just another scam company. BUYER BEWARE!

They stripped the main ingredient—ketakonozol—from UK shampoos without telling anyone.

This scam has meant many people have been using their product unaware it has not the main ingredient to stop male hair loss.. When they have have switched to a non-scam product.

Company deserve to compensate all UK customers for this unfair scam which is still going on.

I've used Minoxidil solutions before with varied results so figured I might give this a try as well. This did absolutely nothing at all - might as well have sprayed water on my head during the months I used this. Save your money and buy anything else.

Regardless of your age or hair type, if you’re a man suffering from hair loss or thinning hair... then DS Laboratories is the solution!

I placed an order and chose the 2-3 day delivery option in order for it to arrive before i leave the country. I checked the UPS website and they had it scheduled for later than the promised date. Not the end of the world, but since then ive been trying to get in touch with the support team at DS Labs and they have been unresponsive. Their phone number doesnt work either. Bad customer service overall, i will be cancelling my subscription.

Really poor customer service.

They couldn't fulfil my order, and it took 4 emails to finally get to the point where they offered a refund. We will see how long it takes, but this is really not serious. Logistic issues happen, but not answering your customers on time is a sign of a poor business.

Dont order from them

I placed an order which they have not sent and will not reply back to answer. They have taken my money with no intentions of sending!

Been using for 3 months and the product works great.

Selling a product that works, providing a product for each individuals specific problem.
However their recent raise in prices wasn't helpful.

I have used DS Laboratories Revita shampoo and condition for years and years and am very happy with the products and with customer service that I have received when I have needed help. Revita is very effective for my scalp issues and I like the fragrance. I order them in the biggest bottles for home and recently got the small travel bottles. My hairdresser occasionally asks if I'd like to try the products she sells and my answer is "no thanks."

I have been using this product again for many many months now. ( second course) I do see growth. There not bushy but I started with hardly any brows. This seems to be like minoxidil products where if you stop it seems to fall out again. I don’t know how much longer I will be able to afford this, but I want to see this through to see how much they grow. I wish you got more for the money and I feel like there is a lot of waste because so much gets left in the head of the cartridge, considering the cost and the amount that’s frustrating. I’m going to actually try breaking the tip open with pliers to see if I can get that out. Shouldn’t have to do that.

DS Laboratories has top shelf products and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I think it's a bit early to tell but I have noticed a general Improvement in thickness. I think it would take some time to actually fill in some more thin areas coupled with Derma rolling, Etc.
So far, so good!

I have been using the CBD shampoo and conditioner for a while now and they have helped tremendously for the pain I get on my scalp. I would recommend these products they are amazing.

Its still very early for me to notice a difference, however I do enjoy the smell of the products. I wish shipping to Canada was cheaper.

This shampoo and conditioner are absolutely amazing! I originally purchase this duo to slow my hairline thinning. What I didnt expect was that my hair would be the softest, thickest, and healthiest looking it's ever been. I also get compliments all the time of how good my hair smells. I love this shampoo and conditioner. I'm actually going to order some right now!

Great experience. Have been using DNC for a few years now to help with my thinning and receding hairline. Has definitely helped with some regrowth, but more using to retain what remains. Easy online purchase and fast shipping.
