I've been using Spectral DNC-N for a number of years. My hair loss has been stopped outright and I've experienced some regrowth that has persisted over the years. This product works, and it keeps working.

Pretty good product and fast shipping. My hair loss has been constant for a year, it hasn't progressed, so the product works. Dries fast and non-greasy. My age group friends have been balding badly and I have been able to hold my ground. (I am a med student).

The stimulating shampoo and tablets for hair growth are effective and I recommend them if taken regularly.

I bought the products to be delivered in Brazil about 3 times. One day, I bought again, and they emailed me saying they wouldn't deliver here anymore. I sent multiple emails and tried the chat many times, but no one answered.

My money (over 300 USD) was not returned, and they didn't answer me at all. This was all about 2 months ago, and nothing yet. I started a dispute in Paypal, and I'm trying other ways to fix the problem.

My advice: do not trust this company. They don't have proper customer support and won't answer if you have problems.

I am 65 and have been using Revita shampoo and conditioner for 7 years now. It is a wonderful product and truly stimulates and maintains hair growth. I highly recommend it.

Their Revita shampoo and conditioner smell pretty good, but I haven't noticed any decrease in shedding or hair thinning. I have been using it for about five months, going on six. Will try it for one more round but will stop if I don't see any results with their Revita.CBD shampoo and conditioner.

I have been using shampoo, conditioner, DNC, and the tablets. I am finding modest but encouraging results after about 9 months of use. The other issue is the exchange rate, shipping, duty and taxes makes it very expensive as I am in Canada. It would be nice if you had a distributor in Canada.

Good shampoo. Non-drying. Doesn’t grow hair, but may help with shedding.

The shampoo, conditioner, and DNCN bundle really helped and smells good too.

Hair regrowth and thickening product DOES NOT work. Lost hair consistently over the 3 months of use. Hair is considerably thinner now due to it.

DO NOT use this company. What a scam and a money maker. I have reported this company to the BBB of Miami, and I have filed a complaint with FTC. They have no desire to stop sending me emails. I have received 9 mails in three weeks. Unless you do not mind getting emails, then continue with this unscrupulous company.

Unfortunately, I have been using 5 of their products as they described exactly for a whole year without any benefits. I even contacted their customers service, they are so rude. I wasted $700 plus one year. Totally don’t trust them. They are overpriced and bad products. Be aware please

This company has no interest in good customer service. Can't comment on the product because it never showed up and they didn't seem to care.

Ordered once and accidentally subscribed to bimonthly payments, very hard to identify what I had subscribed to as there was no reference in the payment - have emailed to cancel subscription though feel I may need to cancel my card if no correspondence is forthcoming

Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo, by mistake I ordered conditioner. 5 minutes after the order I emailed them and explained asking them to change my order, I heard nothing back, tried again 2 hours later, nothing, next day, nothing, tried phoning and again no response. At this point I thought their website was a scam. Product arrived, which was obviously conditioner, huge box, no invoice, no returns note…absolutely terrible customer service. Just order through Amazon, it’s much easier.

So about a year ago I tried there nanoxidil product.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me

I went to cancel the subscription but was unable to. I was not able to contact them to cancel the subscription either
So what I did was pushed back my subscription to be sent out in 2026 (when my credit card would expire)!

Now I realized I've been being charged $20 by DS laboratories starting July. So they've charged me a total of 60 dollars from july-august-september.

I go to my account to confirm that I changed my subscription date. I see two subscriptions under my account! One for 2026 and one starting July! Either a human or their system fraudulently sighned me up for this subscription!

I'm currently refuting the charges with my bank. I will be reviewing them through all options until they reach back out to me (tried to contact them again) to refund my money and cancel all future subscriptions!

Tldr: product didn't work. Previously was Impossible to cancel subscription. Now accurring fraudulent charges.
