I order from here almost two months ago. My item still haven’t arrived. They said it was because of DPD, but I contacted them and they said that DSLaboraties who had to get in contact with them, so my package has just been sitting there!! I emailed them around 10 times, I had one reply to my first email but nothing since then, terrible customer service. I emailed asking for a solution or a refund, and this was about a month ago. DEFINITELY DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I never received the product after months and months of waiting, every time I complained they wouldn’t reply for ages and then say they have sent another one to me which never materialised. Absolutely awful. Have finally given up and asked for a refund. Not worth the time and effort!!!!

Product doesn’t work. I reached out multiple times regarding the results and I received the same response it typically takes 90 days. 5 months later nothing has improved. Definitely don’t recommend.

Exactly the same issue as the last review. Paid, no product delivered nor any requests for updates. Contacted the courier DPD who say they have not received the shipment from the sender. That's about a month since ordering . Thank goodness for credit cards as will be going for a charge back.

Have used this product after purchasing from a 3rd party retailer and its very good. I think DS Labs should stick to making the product and let others sell it on their behalf

Please don't waste your time in ordering from them directly

Very bad.
After what looked to be a promising product, it never came through. The tracking website didn’t show any updates.
Spend numerous hours trying to contact the courier.
Tried contacting DS, however they just do not answer the phone, and have not responded to 4 emails.
I will be making a claim.

I've been using dslaboratories products for 6 months and still no changes but the tablets good for skin though. I reordered July 3rd, payment was deducted to my credit card very quickly. I'm from Canada and it's been two months and I'm still waiting for my order. Tracked it and it's not even in transit yet. I emailed customer service and told me to wait for another week. So disappointed how quickly the payment transaction worked but the delivery is awful.

Never received my order...

I placed an order and DS Laboratories was quick to collect the 92$.
After a day or two the order was at USPS.
After 13 days the order was at the international distribution center.
After 6 days more the order was back at the international distribution center.
After 1½ months no news....
I tried asking DS Laboratories for help to find the package, since it is their responsibility that an order arrives in the end.
They told me that they would not help.
Then I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
They told me that you cannot get a refund since it is the costumers own responsibility that packages arrive when buying online.

Now I am -92$ and can only hope that my bank can recover the money from DS Laboratories.
Stay clear of this company. They do not know the meaning of costumer service and will not help you after they have collected the money from you.. by then you are on your own.
