We went to umrah in December 2025 . We booked all our journey that was well planned by dua travels. Abdul hadi, who helped us was trustworthy and simplified our whole journey. Initially we were worried but he encouraged us. After our completion of umrah we are very satisfied with smooth and hassle free service. The package price is reasonable for the service they provide. Very good customer service. Rumman Ahmed was very nice and responsive. Did multiple adjustments to my itinerary with good manners and patience. I ultimately had to cancel due to a family situation. But he was very graceful with that too.

You booked your flight independently and arrived in Makkah on 14 November 2025, while your hotel booking with us was confirmed from 15 November 2025 to 21 November 2025. We were not informed about your requirement for accommodation on 14 November. When the hotel declined early check-in and requested either payment for an extra night or check-in the following day, a 1-star review was posted immediately, and our contact attempts were blocked. Please note that Dua Travels was not at fault in this situation, and the review does not reflect the service we provided.
Regarding your stay in Madinah, the hotel informed you via email about a change due to overbooking and reallocated your booking to a property that was closer and of higher rating. This upgrade was provided at no additional cost. Despite this, a negative review was posted again, which we feel is unfair and misrepresents the services we diligently arranged for you.
In light of the above, we must respectfully deny the allegations made against Dua Travels. We always strive to provide the best service to our clients, and in this case, all actions were handled appropriately and professionally.
