Smooth process with Abdul Hadi, easy contact via WhatsApp
Booked a two week umrah package including evisas, hotels, breakfast and transport for a family group to travel in September (I booked flights myself due to different dates in the group). Alhamdulillah process was very smooth, easy contact with brother Abdul Hadi via WhatsApp, they were able to match/beat quotes that I had made by searching for individual hotel bookings- very clear breakdown of costs. After booking, had to chase receiving the hotel voucher for madina but it arrived about 2 weeks before our flight alhamdulillah.
Stayed in Anjum hotel then Saja al Madina- very convenient and nice facilities. Dua travels arranged all transport via 'umrah cab' in SA including to/from airports, makkah to madina and ziyarah in both places- good quality air conditioned minibuses, drivers and cab company kept in contact and updated frequently via WhatsApp.
Alhamdulillah a very good experience overall and would certainly consider them again in future insha'Allah.

2nd time booking Umrah through Dua…
2nd time booking Umrah through Dua Travels, 1st time was myself only and this time for a family of 4. Alhamduliah.
Abdul Hadi ensured everything went smoothly.
The hotels were top quality, all near haram. The taxis and all travel was arranged, we just had to show up.
Last minute the airline changed our flights to a long layover and it was just a matter of contracting them and they sorted out the best return options for us.
Whether its your first time planning umrah or 10th time, they take the headache away from the logistics so you can focus on the ibadah

First time Umrah - Marina
Trying to organise Umrah is hard. Especially first timeand with a toddler and wife. I came across Dua travels and sister Marina.
She was amazing from the beginning. Honest, sincere, full of information, keeping in contact and always ready to help, even when I was asking questions upon questions. Complex visa situation
Contacted Dua travels for Saudi visa for my wife and son, we had a complex itinerary and different passports which made the whole process not straightforward .
Muhammad Yusuf’s communication was prompt and he understood our requirements clearly and also kept us informed on the stages. However due to complexity and Saudi visa rules we were not able to proceed ahead with the application, Muhammad Yusuf contacted again explaining the situation and we decided not to process ahead with it. In our case we also got our money back as the applications were not made which can be different to yours depending on the stage you are in . Will definitely try again for next time.

Good Reliable Agents
I would like to thank Dua for organizing the Umrah package for me and my family in August. The booking process was very efficient, and we were assisted by Agent Abdul Hadi.
I do have a few recommendations for the agent and the visa booking team:
• Please ensure that passports are checked for validity before booking tickets. I was informed that if a passport has less than six months of validity, the visa may be rejected.
• It would be helpful to be more proactive when a customer selects a hotel. If a hotel has a history of issues, kindly suggest a better alternative right away.
We also faced an issue with the inclusion of breakfast service for one day in Madinah. Although this was promptly resolved by the agent (which we appreciated), it would have been better if the issue had been prevented beforehand—just as the taxi service was handled so smoothly, which I would rate as 5-star.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dua and especially Abdul Hadi as an agent.

Spontaneous Umrah Package
I recently booked an Umrah package through Dua Travels, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience Alhamdullilah. The whole process was quite spontaneous because I reached out just a few days before my desired travel dates—my desire to go for Umrah came unexpectedly, and I wasn't sure what to expect.
Despite the short notice, Abdulhadi, the travel agent, was incredibly helpful and managed to sort everything within a few hours. I booked for two people from London, and the whole process went smoothly: the Umrah visas arrived quickly, along with the flight tickets and hotel tokens.
What made the journey even more comfortable was the private transport arranged for us, from Jeddah airport to the Makkah hotel and from Madinah hotel to Madinah airport, plus private transport between Makkah and Madinah. This made all the logistics simple and stress-free.
I highly recommend Dua Travels, especially if you find yourself wanting to travel on short notice. Huge thanks to Abdulhadi for his excellent support and quick coordination!
