If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We pre-booked this car park two months in advance and when we arrived they told us they were full. They eventually found us a spot so far away from the reception in a muddy field. None of the staff were anyway kind, friendly or accommodating, they were just incredibly ignorant and rude.

When we arrived back from our trip, the bus driver was incredibly rude to us and other passengers, and when we arrived at the Park & Ride, the bus driver who was going to take us back to our car told us to go into reception, and then took off even though he knew we needed to go back. My fiancé gave out to the guy at reception, who told him to "f off" and "walk to get your car then." As I stayed in reception while my fiancé went back to get the car, the guy in reception and the bus driver started talking shit about him in front of me, and tried to get a rise out of him when he got back with the car. I have never experienced anything like it. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The rude staff aside, the place is a dump, the bus is so old I thought it was going to break down and it felt like parking a car in a muddy field at EP. Really put a damper on our holiday.

Place is a kip, transfer bus was a battered transit with a blown turbo and a driver that I would be very doubtful if he had a bus license...

In reality the place needs to be closed down

Pity I did not read this before I booked premium price, diabolical service, crater ridden, no idea where your car is kind of car park ,brought back on a bus that is falling apart from the daily abuse it’s getting in said car park , to get in to a slightly better but still not suitable for public transport bus where the driver cannot even find the gear he needs as the gearbox is shot , it’s an experience I would not wish on anyone at 5 am , then when we return to Irish weather we get left in it for an hour while a small transit bus comes to pick up 15 people but can only fit 6 with luggage one little boy was blue with the cold by the time we got there , they should be shut down in my opinion , the name the used just comes up first and with the price I thought what could go wrong

The car park is a joke, potholes and mud everywhere THE STAFF ARE DOWNRIGHT RUDE. The area is in the middle of nowhere and is in complete darkness. The worst parking experience of my life. It should be closed.
It reminds me more of a badly run scrapyard than a Car Park. Scrapyard is where their bus fleet should be.

Charging €15 cancellation fee and still no refund. Reviews tell their own story. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I originally booked with them for the meet and greet service. I cancelled 3 weeks before our booking. They granted the cancellation less a €15 admin fee. They said the money would be refunded within 14 days. The money was never refunded. When I contacted them stating I hadn't received the refund, they told me to contact my bank to recoup the money. Very poor service all round!

It was an experience. Would never use this service again. Its so far from the airport, does not feel safe. The bus that took us too the airport was so old we could see the road and sky from around the doors. It was filthy. Bus staff not friendly. Toilets (mixed) were filthy and smelt so bad. Had a few panic moments while away about if we would even have a car when we got back or if we would be blocked in. Coming back bus was a little better but very old and instead of helping people load their luggage the bus driver spent his time scratching his privates. The look on everyone's faces were all of shock and nervousness. Never again. Just book the airport car parks early and it will only be a couple of euro in the difference. Maybe and hopefully this company will get better with time.

I booked this car park in could faith and give good money for one week,costed £100,our flight was early morning so we arrived around 3am,first of all is so far from the airport and is like in the middle of nowhere,no signage on the way there,my heart sank when I pull up at the entrance to see this dodgy looking place,really rough with potholes everywhere and one floodlight covering the carpark,immediately I was concerned for our car,no staff could speak English (if you know what i mean)but we had to make our family holiday,so in to the bus and was left at t1 coach carpark,the driver said I'll be waiting here on your return flight,so one week later at 1.30am we waited 30 minutes but no sign of the driver,so I rang and got someone with broken English and was so rude and said the driver would be another 15 minutes,so eventually this dirty rickety bus pulls up at least 25 years old!the seats were disgusting and my 7 year old had to sit on my knee because there was no seats left then the driver drove so fast,all in all we waited 45 minutes for this piece of sh#t. I never write reviews but people needs warned about this place.

I had to cancel due to a family death. It was a struggle to get the money back AND i did not get all the money back. Be careful with this crowd

Avoid at all costs, very disorganised, 20 minutes drive from airport, wait times up to an hour. Vehicles filthy and unsafe.

I never thought for a minute that in 2026, a car park like this one in Ireland’s capital city, would be allowed to operate. There are no new words to describe this joke of a business, that haven’t already been said, in the many other reviews…. You know that sick feeling you got when you turned into Park and Fly, on the day you dropped your car off and that equally sick feeling, when you climbed aboard that thing with 4 wheels, that took you to the airport …..get some medication at the ready, for your return.. you’re going to be really sick, when you see the state of your pride and joy.
It will be completely covered with white dust/ sand and will need power washed before you even switch your wipers on. I wouldn’t park my tractor here and I sincerely mean that.

Booked parking with them for 15 days however our holiday was cancelled because of the trouble in UAE ,have tried phone numbers emails to get a refund but get fobbed of every time even been told to ring back in 24/48 hours and customer support is non-existent. Stay away and save yourself a lot of hassle

Dreadful, I have tried contacting the mobile phone number and the Dublin number. They are not contactable. No problem taking the booking and money on line but cannot see a cancellation policy or speak to anyone. Very nervous to rely on them for transport to airport and parking, also very far from airport only discovered now. Advise people not to book with them. Finally got through to a girl on the phone. Promised a refund minus €15 admin fee?!! Promised within 14 days , keep emailing reminders still not received….29 days later… and waiting. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Go with the reliable hotel and actual Dublin airport parking.

This service has really gone downhill in the last year. Called when I left the terminal, told bus would arrive in 20 minutes, had to wait over 35! Then when we arrived back at the car park, no shuttle bus to my car or getting asked for my booking number, had to walk and the dirt and dust on my car was disgraceful. Never using this services again and would advise others not to either.

Phone line support very rude - agent did not tell me the details properly as requested. When informed them that I could not reach thotrugh any of the numbers provided on the voucher, until I was aable to fetch the number on the web after several hours I was finally able to get throught to the customer service. When informed of the issue and phone numbers being inactive - I was simply brushed off by the agent telling me that my phone has bad connection.... Moreover when asked about more info prior to me booking - he just told me that I will get an email after booking and hung up on me. Furthermore, when driving to an Airport with a 15 months old baby in hands, the driver slammed on the brakes at the traffic lights sooo hard that my baby nearly got out of my wife's hands almost hitting the floor. While baby was ok, all of our bags flew around and we ended up losing few baby thing including baby's feeding bottle (which we needed for the flight) and his bibs. Absolute Disgrace!

The bus is absolutely disgusting you’ll need to clean your feet on the way out I didn’t even want to sit on the seat dropped off at zone 16 told we would meet there at zone 16 when we would return we had just missed a bus rang to say we where waiting told the bus was there they messed us about for an hour and a half we had to get an uber to get our car no apologies just looking at you as if I was in the wrong the man in the office wouldn’t come out worst run Business I’ve ever come across people need to know these PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ONCE YOU’VE PAID absolute disgrace I would rather pay extra to a company who will look after you plus the uber driver who was brilliant told us that this wasn’t first time

Absolute scam of a site.
If youre reading this before booking then 100% don't book..its a scam company.
Booked correct days...got email with wrong leaving car park date.
Tried manage booking on site but it didnt recognise my reference number that they emailed me...then I tried manage my booking by using my email address as ID and it didnt recognise my email address.
Tried ringing the number that was in email for enquiries...not in use.
Emailed them that I needed to cancel or get help as dates were wrong on email they had sent me...I literally sent email within an hour of booking and my arrival to carpark wasn't for nearly 9 months and they replied to email saying its cancelled and ill get just over 50% of money I paid back in 14 working days - no trying to help.
I got scammed...first time for everything.
Avoid like the plague.

NO REFUND! ILLEGAL BUSINESS. Booked this car park for flight to England through internet search but just checked this site a few days before to check. All bad reviews. They pretend to be the Red Car Park but may as well be a criminal organisation. When I cancelled they charged me 15 euro and said my refund would be in 14 working days. 21 working days later no refund and no reply anymore to emails. A costly scam. Probably a company based in Nigeria or somewhere.

Avoid!!! Extremely far from the airport. Worst experience ever. Old dirty shuttle bus. It's a disgrace that they are actually allowed to operate. Once you arrive to the airport at your return,you have to call them to collect you and nearly 1 hour later you make it to your car. Websites did not have map available to see exactly the location of the carpark. Do not be tempted by their cheaper prices. This crowd is the same as "go airport parking Dublin" so beware this other website also.
