RS Express Parking Avis 

Very poor service – would not recommend

Unfortunately, our experience with Dublin Airport Express Parking was extremely disappointing.

I called as instructed to have our car returned and was told it would take 25 minutes. After 35 minutes there was still no sign of the car, so I called again and was told it would be another 6 minutes. We then waited a further 20 minutes, meaning it took approximately 50–55 minutes from my original call for our car to be returned.

This was at midnight, after travelling, and Dublin Airport was extremely quiet. When I questioned the delay, I was simply told they were “very busy”. If the actual waiting time was going to be almost an hour, we should have been told that from the beginning rather than repeatedly being given inaccurate times.

The collection instructions were also very unclear. Each time I spoke to someone I had to repeatedly explain exactly where I was waiting at check in which added to the frustration and gave the impression that the collection was poorly organised.

To top it off, when the car eventually arrived, it was covered in dust, which was disappointing considering we had paid for what is supposed to be a convenient airport parking service.

Overall, very poor communication, unclear collection arrangements and an unacceptable wait at midnight. For a service calling itself “Express Parking”, waiting almost an hour for your car to be returned is anything but express.

Very disappointing service and unfortunately I would not recommend it.

So easy took all the hassle of parking

Staff so accommodating, I made numerous changes, car and times, nothing was a problem

Small delay in picking up but it was ok
Would definitely be using the service again

I booked RSEXPRESS while we went on holiday at a cost of 150 euro for one week. I have my car connected to my phone by an app that shows how many kilometres my car was driven and how it was driven.
It shows a total of 5 journeys instead of the 2 expected and it also showed poor driving performance e.g excessive acceleration and braking..all in all an extra 25 km driving on my car.
When I contacted the company they gave some story about moving the car from one car park to another. I expected them to collect the car park it up then drive it back to us when we landed..if we didn't have app on the car we would never have known what was going on..I would never use them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them

Returned the car with a flat tyre and tyres full of mud like it had been parked in a farmers field. When I called them to say I had a flat tyre he just said oh yeah I saw that and told me to drive to the Circle K garage just off the airport 🙄

I booked for the first time 2 weeks ago. Both leaving and collecting the car was quick and simple. Very good service

We used RS Express for our family holiday, 3 young kids.

-I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they do.

They make flying/travelling with kids so much easier. Superb valet service too - you get your car back with a show room finish.

Will definitely book again when we are travelling next

I was very disappointed ☹️
I made contact with RS before booking and asked numerous questions which were answered - main question being if they could provide charging my ecar whilst I was away so my car could be fully charged on my return.
This however did not happen. I arrived back to Dublin and rang as instructed to find that the company had only just taken the car to be charged when I landed - I asked them to forget about it and return my car to T1. It took them 30mins to get to me so totally defeated the whole plan of why I booked with them so NO I would not recommend.
Not only did they manage to add just 12% charge to my car and deliver it back late to me they then rang me to ask me to pay the €17 they had spent on the 10mins of charging 😏 very bad business- they are
Totally unorganised and inefficient.
Such a shame because if there was a decent company out there who could offer this service in a well run manner it would do well.

Exactly as advertised. Met us in car park. Was friendly and polite. Rang number provided when we landed back in Dublin and car was at set down departures waiting. Was better value than other options and extremely convenient. A+++

I think it is not very clear that your car will be taken away to another place outside the airport.
My experience was that I did not seem to understand they were going to take my car outside of the airport, so I got a bit frightened and wanted to ask the driver a few things, but he was so rude and answered, " You agreed to this!" which did not make me feel any better. Anyway, I left the car there, but I was very uneasy about it.

left standing outside terminal for over 30 minutes. I rang them when I disembarked the plane. so it took 30-40 to get outside terminal so they basically over a hour to get car. absolute chancers. unprofessional

Very unprofessional, unreliable service. Car returned with a damage, promised to be reimbursed for it, then denied it...

Use the guys at RS Express Parking a lot when flying out of Dublin Airport-I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they do.

Yesterday I arrived into Dublin T1 at 17:30 - I had mistakenly said I was arriving at 22:10 and the guys still had my car outside the airport in double quick time with no delays at all.

Excellent ! First time using this service and we will definitely use it again whenever we fly from Dublin. All worked perfectly and the staff were great.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using RS Express Parking to think carefully before handing over their vehicle.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. After returning from our trip, we discovered damage to our car which was not present before leaving it in their care. We immediately addressed this with the driver who also showed up 25 minutes late to drop the car off. My car had clear signs of use and there were phones connected to my Bluetooth that were unknown to me including the drivers. What made the situation even worse was the lack of transparency, communication and accountability afterwards. I was told they were late because they had to manually enter my car which would explain the damage to the drivers door. They have not said they did not cause the damage but they refuse to give me their insurance details or communicate in a professional capacity.

Trying to get clear answers about what happened to the vehicle has become incredibly frustrating. Responses were slow, unclear and at times felt dismissive. As a customer, when you leave your car with a parking company, you expect professionalism, care and honesty, particularly if something goes wrong.

The whole experience has left us with very little confidence in the service provided. We entrusted our vehicle to them expecting secure parking and responsible handling, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware before making a decision.

When I returned from a short break I noticed that someone from the company drove my car at 140 km/h on the morning my car was being dropped back to the airport.
This type of unprofessional and illegal driving is completely unacceptable and I would not leave my vehicle with this company again and I would not recommend this company.
I used this service a few weeks ago and I have been trying to contact the company since I returned to make a complaint.
I have used the message system on their site and rang the office number on numerous occasions. Nobody has responded to my message and there is no voicemail option.

Exactly as described. Parked outside terminal 2 and RS rep met us and took car. On return rang RS when we arrived at baggage belt. When we arrived outside terminal 2 after a short wait our car was returned to us. Would be happy to use again

So back last night. Our flight going out was 6am and we were not in last night until after midnight. So times were very early and late. I also emphasised that we had a 2 year old with us. All went brilliant. While the driver was 10 mins late on the pick up, he was there last night when i walked out and a joy to see him as it was pouring rain. . I was extremely happy with the service. The driver was friendly and polite. A great service and I will definitely use this company again. Annette

I have used this company several times.
Its so handy, you just pull in to the airport and they come straight away to pick up the car, when you return you just ring them and they come to meet you.
I'll definitely use them every time I'm going away.

Really great service. Dropped car off right outside departures and met them there again coming home. Very polite to deal with. Will definitely use the service again
