Go Airport Parking Dublin Avis 

Very poor communication. They ask you to call when you are nearly at the airport to pick your car up, so we did but the person at the other end of the phone had a very hard time understanding what we were saying. They except you to call/ text when you land but who on earth has signal then? Only got signal when I got to the terminal again made several calls in attempt to tell them I was there a ready to collect the car but no one seemed to understand what I was saying (I speak fluent English btw). Eventually I texted them to say I was there and they showed up 45 minutes later. An absolute joke. Shockingly bad service, avoid at all costs.

Thought I was booked the actual Carpark for Dublin airport not this place!!drive shaft was falling out of the first bus we went on very rough in general definitely shouldn’t be on the road ,suitcases flying around the back of the bus, the driver didn’t care damged my new suitcase cracked the side of it and the hole face of it damaged and came out really dirty !! staff were unfriendly, I just really don’t recommend at all avoid !!

They were supposed to issued a refund for a duplicate booking made in error - they did not refund me the money. They also did not show up on the day. Told me I haven’t got a booking with them even though I screenshot the booking and sent it to them. No communication. Gave them 1 star as was not an option to give them zero.

Please listen when I say do not, when trying to book a break for yourself or a holiday, book with this service. It is not in any way affiliated with Dublin Airport official DAA parking. It is advertised on what appears to be an affiliated airport car parking website but it is simply not. It’s entirely misleading, it’s miles away from the airport and behind a pub in a field.

I booked, realised my mistake after 15 mins and tried to cancel by phone and email. Phone unanswered despite multiple attempts. Email replied to but was advised €15 is to be withheld for ‘administration’. I had highlighted its deceptive in its advertising and argued potentially illegal based on Irish consumer rights law and I simply got a screenshot of a ChatGPT answer that stated it ‘likely’ was not.

I emailed GoAirport Parking head office but of course no reply - while ultimately they aren’t responsible for a refund but they are responsible for advertising them on their website.

Please take heed of this, read other people’s reviews and avoid hassle. €15 down, I’ll live. But it’s the poor family or elderly person trying to book a holiday or a break that’s going to go through the wringer, risk missing flights or return to a damaged car when using a service like this.

I would advise all to go to CCPC Ireland - consumer rights and report.

Don’t advertise that it is miles away from airport (the Ward) we were misled while booking to believe it was closer & didn’t use it after paying the fee. Be Warned !

Terrible user experience, no idea what car park I was buying, thankfully I found this site before I paid them any money, thanks to the previous reviewers.

Very poor would not use again. Cats are parked on a dirty road in the ditch, crs filthy upon return , large boulders and holes on the roads where you park and get there, transfer buses old , smelly , slow , uncomfortable and not much room for luggage and patrons, staff okay but a lot lost in translation, the wooden hut where they make you wait is old smelly and toilet is backed up and not cleaned, very surprised this is linked to dublin airport website

Waited 40 mins from calling them once we landed and before going on holidays. They say 20 mins but don’t believe this.
Also car is taken away from the airport. Website makes you think the car is kept on site.
I’ll never use them again for that price you get bad service.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before using these guys. Absolutely terrible. Hidden charges advised after booking (5 euro each for departure and arrival). Needed to cancel and there is no option on the website (my booking could not be found). They responded to email on same day, but charged me 15 euro for cancelling. I will never use them again. If Dublin Airport could get their shit together and not charge extortionate parking fees, there would be no business for cowboys like these

Wouldn't recommend, out a good bit and seems dodgy. Several poor reviews of damaged cars. Personally, the young guy (early 20s) who met us was PIG ignorant. Told him id be leaving review & he chuckled saying "and you think I care?! Why?!". Rude and old transport, would only use if SUPER stuck

Terrible experience, no cancellation allowed and no cancellation link on website. Really don’t recommend this service.

Only gave one star because it doesn't allow me to leave none. Customer support is non existent. Dont be fooled by the website, this place is a joke....Avoid at all costs.

This so called company is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to exist. My husband booked what he thought was the blue car park but it must have been redirected to this place. We travelled from Donegal and drove around for at least 45mins to find it, asking in a nearby pub where it was. No details on email or contact number, is this even legitimate. Eventually we found it behind a different pub with no signage on route. Down a dirty dusty road only to be stopped by a rude foreign lady who drove a very old battered minibus to lead cars to a large carpark with cars completely covered in dusk. Eventually another very old mini bus took us to airport nearly breaking down on the way with the gears sticking. It was dirty inside and out. On our return no transfer for ages so we asked other drivers there who advised us they thought it was now called park and fly which didnt appear on email just go parking - which is it? Very dodgy. Whennbus arrived we explained to driver who had very limited English and who hadn't a clue and said no we had wrong bus, only for one of the other drivers of another bus to say that it was our transfer so we got on bus full of dust again, to arrive 15minutes later, and then asked to prove we parked there with foreign lady again appearing rude. My husband went to collect car which was totally covered in dust, we couldn't wait to get out of there. It was expensive to park also not cheap, Never Ever again, this needs to be investigated as it is no way up to acceptable standards and appears dodgy. Its nothing to do with race but no Irish people or English speaking people seem to be there making it even worse, how can this place be allowed to operate, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Website is very misleading.
Overall, very poor service. The car park is very poor and badly maintained. It is much further away (30 mins) from the airport than the 15min journey advertised.
Bus service is not regular; I was reassured over the phone that it was. You have to phone the driver to arrange pick-up.
I read all the reviews and decided to cancel my booking. I could not do this online, no way to change the booking either.
I rang the company, and I was told to send an email (and to expect a 14-day wait). Completely unacceptable as a car parking service. I have no expectations of getting my money back.
Pay the extra money for an established service and for peace of mind.

Absolutely the worst company I ever came accross. They could not even give me directions or eircode or anything that would enable me to find out where to leave our car before our flight. There was another person beside me that got out of his car near the airport looking for the address too. Avoid

Awful experience. Arrived at 4.45am 19 June, 3 hours b4 flight, thank goodness!. Total shambles! No organisation at all. Pot holes, quite dirty and a lot of guys standing about doing nothing. Had to join a queue to get parked which took about 25 mins. There was a dirty old minibus waiting to go to the airport and it sat for about 15mins b4 it left. We were on next one. We arrived at airport 55 mins after we arrived! Everyone giving off and 1 poor man thought he may have missed his flight. Def would not recommend and would not use again. The pick up from Dublin Airport was by a nice well dressed man who was on the ball, but the only one!!

Really poor service… no structure or set up for loading people on the shuttle buses. We arrived first (with a baby screaming) and waited at the front for the next bus. When that arrived people just loaded on with no regard for others and we had to wait for 2 more buses before we could get on delaying us a further hour to the airport. The staff were no help, just kept saying next bus next bus. Not great when it’s 4am and freezing cold. The return was no better… we had to wait in zone 16 for over an hour for a bus. The advertise their shuttles are every 30 mins but this is not true. Buses are old and the drivers a questionable. Avoid if you’re seeking a smooth airport transfer.

The staff are nice but the operation is not well thought out. I should I have realised this when the website didn't give me a map of their location prior to booking. The location is not close to the airport. It's a dirt farmers yard behind a pub closer to Blanchards town than the airport. Their set up is insane. An attendant took my car and told me he parked it in zone A - so finding my car at 2am in the dark when we returned five days later was virtually impossible because, remember I mentioned it is a dirt yard, well the car was covered in so much dust that it looked like it was there for years. My children were told to wait at reception which is just an exposed area and shelter you wouldn't want to stand in. I was taken in the back of a car with two male attendants and asked to spot my car as they drive around zone A. Why, I was in the back of the car beats me, as I could barely see out in the dark looking left and right as he drives at some speed around all of the zones. I would have had a better chance if I sat in the front seat. 20 minutes later we find my car. So that was 20 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport, 15-20 minutes to get to the car park, 20 minutes to find my car. When I drove back to reception with the car the kids couldn't stop laughing at the amount of dust and dirt on it. The shuttle buses they use are well old, no air and tiny seats. I did feel like I should have had a chicken on my lap so as to fit in. Also the shuttle pick up is in Zone 16 (next to the church) at Dublin Airport, which has no coverage from the elements. The price was competitive with the far more superior parking options much closer to the airport. Give this one a miss.
