We had a bit of a hiccup with delivery, but the teams worked to assist us in getting everything delivered safely. The mattresses are amazing and everyone is loving their sleep. Being a little bigger / higher than the usual mattress took some adjusting for the kids but in no time, they are sleeping through the night!

It is literally a dream to sleep on this mattress! We thought we would spoil ourselves and get a king size for an upgrade. You can't feel the other person move when you are in bed and it has given the best sleep in ages! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and a perfect mattress!

Terrible delivery service they couldn't deliver outside a SYDNEY APARTMENT BLOCK see the space available in picture absolute joke worst experience i have ever had with a delivery company NEVER have i had a delivery service not being able to deliver to my address. They texted me a couple hours before delivery then rang me told me to wait outside the front building.

I waited and waited they drove past in a small van then i got a call from the delivery office 02 8832 5181 saying they couldn't deliver as there is no parking when there is heaps a space to to drop off the mattress take less then 5 minutes but the girl on the phone keep saying oh they need a parking space etc etc and that they can come back tomorrow in a smaller vehicle so another day off work. I was getting so angry i had to stop the call as she wasnt helping. I also wanted to support a Australian company too paying $2500 for a expensive mattress too but the experience have left a negative experience and dont think i will accept the mattress now and will get a refund! and go with another company..

Not bad, but certainly not as comfortable as my previous mattress. This just feels like a lump of memory foam to sleep on. I wouldn't buy another mattress I couldn't see in a showroom. Sure, I can change to another comfort level, but that won't help.

I bought my mattress after sleeping on one at a friend’s house. I had not long ago bought a new mattress but after sleeping on the Dusk & Dawn mattress there was no going back. I ordered the exact same one and I couldn’t be happier. It took a little while to arrive but I think that is because each mattress is made to order but it was worth the wait. I suffer from back problems and this mattress has made a huge difference to my back, I have been able to reduce my physio sessions and I have no pain on waking. For me this mattress has changed my life, it’s worth the money, I would 100% recommend.

I recently purchased a premium Dusk & Dawn Signature MK2 mattress (a heavy 60kg model) and contacted their customer service team to ensure correct bed frame compatibility, specifically regarding their own "Slate Bedhead & Base."

The interaction revealed a highly alarming internal contradiction. The customer service team explicitly warned me in writing that mattress slats with a 14cm gap are too wide, noting that even thicker slats do not fully compensate for wider spacing and will cause premature wear or dipping. However, when I pointed out that their own flagship Slate Base is manufactured with those exact 14cm gaps, the team completely changed their tune and claimed it was "fully certified."

When I followed up with professional, logical questions asking them to clarify this massive engineering discrepancy and provide a written structural guarantee for my mattress warranty, the company chose to completely ghost me. They have refused to respond to multiple emails.

It is deeply disappointing that a premium Australian bedding brand would rather ignore a customer than address a glaring contradiction in their own product designs and warranty guidelines.
If you own a heavy mattress, beware of their conflicting structural advice and lack of accountability.

Best sleep ever since we bought our signature king double mattress
We tried several other mattresses including best mattress of Makin Mattresses.
We were fortunate when we had a sleepover at our friends house, who had a signature mattress (and we had such a good night sleep on it) to compare the difference.
Dusk and dawn doesn't have place to test mattress yourself, but they offer a 100 days sleeping test guarantee, and will swap for different mattress ( for free as long if your living in metropolitan area) if you don’t like it. After that a new mattress can be tried for 30 days, and if still not satisfied money will be refunded. Simply quality is so good, that they can offer this warranty, not to mention that dusk and dawn won best mattress of Australia 3 years in a row.

I recently ordered a mattress and, honestly, the mattress itself is amazing quality. I have no complaints at all. It’s super comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for.

I'm located on the Gold Coast, and the mattress was delivered by an external company due to my location. Unfortunately, the delivery company was not very professional; however, they were a third-party contractor.

I contacted Dusk & Dawn by email, and they promptly called me to resolve the issue. Their team was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer support, even though they had no control over the delivery company.

We ordered during the boxing day sales and, The mattress turned up late Jan sooner than expected. The mattress really feels quality, is super comfy.

We had a few issues with the build quality and suitability of some accessories products. Although the customer support phone line is difficult to get hold of anyone, the email support has been great.

I suggest all customers to double check the products after they are delivered.
Then get onto them for support ASAP is you have any issues.

After years of testing different mattresses, I think I’ve finally found the one: the Premiere MK2 in Comfy Medium. It’s absolutely perfect for my back, thanks to the ideal mix of springs and various foams. My only gripe, unrelated to the manufacturer, is that it’s tough to find fitted sheets deep enough to fit properly.

Ordered October 2025. Still no sign of my mattress despite multiple follow ups. They can't track it down, apparently. Am investigating how to get a refund.

The bed seems to be good. However the communication between the maker and the delivery company Capitol in Brisbane was non existent and if I had not intervened I would still be waiting for my bed to be delivered. One weak link soured the whole experience.

When my mattress arrived new - I looked for the serial number tag supposedly attached to the mattress. It had been cut off manually by someone so I couldn’t register my mattress for the warranty. I then had to call up and the lady who answered was also surprised at the photo I sent of the serial number tag which she acknowledged as being manually removed. She sent me a seperate email with the serial number and then I registered the mattress for warranty purposes.

But the question is - are there other customers who do not see the tag, hence cannot register with the consequence that no warranty exists.

Disappointed something like this happened. Otherwise the mattress is good - it does the job.

After 15 years on a well-known Australian brand King ensemble, it was time for a replacement. Following quite a bit of research online, we decided on the Dust&Dawn Signature Mk2 King, as well as the bed base and bed-head. Although we knew we were overdue for a refresh, we have been very pleasantly surprised at just how much better the new bed is. So much so, in fact, that whereas we had been sleeping separately for the past year or so, we’re both back in the new bed and sleeping soundly again. Couldn’t be happier on so many levels. Oh, and the bedhead sets it off beautifully and the included pillow is the best I’ve had.

Quality Mattress, quick delivery to Perth WA and exceedingly comfortable.

We bought 2 long single beds and found them very comfortable- we were a bit concerned given we are older but our experience was seamless moving from our old beds to the new ones. Thank you Dusk and Dawn
