You can customize any drink to be a lemonade or a rebel or a hot coco or a coffee.. literally so many options of flavors it’s impossible not to find a couple you’d like. And you can customize so make one you like if not! BEST DRINKS EVER and wayyyyy cheaper than Starbucks for bigger sizes!

Love Dutch Bros. They’re a staple for us here in Oregon where they originated. They're fun and upbeat, never had a bad experience at any of the stands, the stickers are a fun extra they throw in, along with their charity work. Their drinks are varied and they’ll happily customize the flavors for you. Way better than that other over priced corporation with mediocre coffee.

I go weekly.

Chai latte great.
You can add anything to any drink.

Unlike Starbucks, the employees at my favorite stand are polite, respectful, and just downright great! While the prices are going up, everywhere is, I will still give my business to a company that does way more good for their community than Starbucks could ever think of. No political bs with this company either and I love that. Haters are gonna hate and find any ridiculous reason to give a bad review, but not me. You guys rock and that's all there is to it. Love my Dutch Bros!!

Good coffee but the prices are unreal. No one wants to pay 10+ for a drink

So I have gone to Dutch Brothers for years, but I haven't looked at their prices in years, either. So yesterday I went and got a sugar free Rebel which is an energy drink, and my wife got a coffee drink. She loves Starbucks so I know those prices well. So happened yesterday, is my drink was only 3/4 full with lots of ice, so I wanted to check how much was I paying for these. I open the app. and see the charge is $18, no breakdown at all, just the total. Nowhere on the app. or web page are ANY PRICES OF ANYTHING. So I write to them and they send me an itemized receipt. That is the only way for an itemized receipt. My drink was $8 and my wife's was $8 for a medium coffee drink. And we are in AZ, not NYC or LA or a place like that. I by energy drinks in a can, they are around $2. What am I getting for the extra $6, ice? I asked them to take my money from the app. and return it to my credit card, and they did. So if they are going to charge outrageous amounts, be transparent. They are NOT. Would it kill them to put prices in the app. or the web page? Now I know why they don't. I'm never going back.

I’ve stopped at Dutch Brothers several times several days. The only thing that I love the most about Dutch Brothers is the stickers, but they’re never available ever. It doesn’t matter what day I arrive whether is the first Wednesday or last Wednesday
Without the stickers, they’re just another coffee shop. I only go there because it reminds me of home, Red S I love the stickers.

Me and my friends visited the location in Athens, TX for a get together and just to hang out, but their coffee was a little too sweet and their customer service needed some serious improvement, in that when we asked them to turn the music down or change it (the music was atrocious especially for some of the kids with us), they turned it off but followed it up with some cartoon sing alongs they turned on specifically to mess with us, since they had originally turned the music off.

Oddest Co ever... Never herd of them ever... Just opened one in my city.. Can't imagine it making it..

just goes to show you the idiot city will take anybody's money for permits & licensing.. Morons , how in the heck will this co make it only selling drinks.. I give them 8 months and there closed.

I have had Dutch Bros coffee in Phoenix AZ and it was AWESOME
While visiting my friend in Maryville TN I took her to Dutch Bros raving how good they were
It was AWEFUL
The coffee tasted “GRAINY” like it was made with powdered milk

I go here literally everyday and order the same thing a picture perfect with an extra shot and it's really irritating because I get the extra shot maybe half of the time. I know what the difference is I drink them daily so it's sad it depends on who is working on whether or not you get what you pay for! But they are sure ready for their tips!

Sat in one of 2 lanes, other lane only had 1 car in it my lane had 4 didn't want to move to that lane andcut in front of folks that were waiting before me other customers went to the Short lane and just cut in front of the others waiting. Happened 2 times so I backed out and left, very poor setup for ordering and they are very slow. I'll use another coffee company going forward. Get it together Dutch, folks should be waited on as they arrive. No one was out taking orders as I've seen in past. This was the new store on 151st in Olathe, Kansas

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!! My daughter lives in Oklahoma. She told me about the dog bandana give away. Her daughter's (my grand daughter's) birthday is the 30th so I told her I'd buy a gift card for them so they could go get an early birthday coffee!

She drove from Wellston, OK to Shawnee, OK to the Dutch Bros there. She got there at 2:15 and realized it didn't start until 3.... "first come first served." So after driving over a half hour then waiting another 45 minutes for it to start... they tell Her YOU MUST HAVE YOUR DOG WITH YOU?????

NOWHERE did it say you must have your dog with you!!! It is over 100 degrees in Oklahoma and you expect people to drag their dogs out in that heat???

There was a loooong line of cars waiting to be told about the bait and switch. People were ANGRY. It's not about the bandana! It's about LIES and false advertising! You trick people to come in then say SORRY???

Others were canceling their orders! It is illegal to trick people to come in under false pretenses!

YOU STOLE MY $30! If I had known you were going to be shady about this I would have saved my money!!!

I am upset about the lenght of time it took to have my order taaken and then to receive my product.Wen i first got in line no one was taking orders. When they did take orders it took them a very long time just chatting with each car. OK if you have nowhere else to go. My total time in line was 25 minutes. When i got to pickup window my order was not ready,very loud music and chatting among the employees. My product was good. I will come back once more but expect more urgency from employees.

Fun friendly and fast service and the 911 freeze white chocolate mocha is like drinking heaven in a cup
