My orange I:Sy love it
While the wait for the bike was long the final result was worth it. I love my I:Sy orange adventure bike. The staff at the Dutch cargo bike were always helpful and friendly. The delay resulted in a better bike than I first ordered and provided more options in colour. I was assured by the staff that the initial noise of the motor would wear in and that was true. The bike is whisper quiet.

Whole new world....
I have been biking riding for a few years, and have become interested in E-bikes, mostly to maintain riding as I'm old.
Researching several brands online I found the Dutch Cargo store.
When I visited the store, I was impressed straight away with their range and I was able to test ride the E-bikes which I was interest in.
The DC team's relaxed and knowledgeable approach made a choice of E-bike easy.
I purchased the AMFlow PL E-bike and love it....
It's a whole new world!

Hi guys, just a heads up for everyone: Your website shows stock, you take the money, and then cancel orders days later. Is your stock system updated now or are you still holding people's money for days? I don't want to waste my time again.

Your order was placed on Saturday and we processed a full refund of $114 on Monday. We understand how frustrating it is to place an order that appears in-stock, only to have it cancelled afterwards.
This happened due to a stock mismatch over the weekend (a timing issue between our website inventory and actual availability). Since then, we’ve tightened our stock checks and improved how quickly inventory updates on the site to reduce the chance of this happening again — particularly around weekends and periods of high demand.

From the very first interaction with Dutch Cargo via an online enquiry about an Amflow pl Carbon they were incredibly helpful and customer focused. I was contacted by Jurgen to discuss the questions I had about ordering the bike the price was by far the best I could find online the whole experience was flawless from ordering to collection they kept me informed on delivery dates via email,very satisfied and would highly recommend Dutch Cargo to anyone in the market for a top quality bike.

Purchased a new specialized gen4. Good communication and quick turnaround to get bikes ready.
The only issue was rear brakes had an issue after one ride, my mate also had the same issue on his

I’m glad the communication and turnaround hit the mark, but I’m sorry to hear about the rear brake issue after the first ride—especially with your mate experiencing the same thing. That’s not the experience we want you to have.
When you raised it, we acted quickly to support a local fix so you could get back riding without delay. We’re also taking this feedback seriously and tightening our final pre-delivery checks to ensure brake pressure and setup are verified before any bike leaves us.
If you’d like, please send through your order details (and any notes from your mechanic) and we’ll log it properly and make sure everything is 100% going forward.

However the bike originally ordered, whilst shown as available on the web site, was not actually in stock resulting in us having to order an alternative, best to ring them direct to confirm availability prior to ordering on line

All staff I dealt with were great along with the staff at Laneway Cycles in Annandale who put my bike together and adjusted it for me.
I really love my Specialized Levo 4.
Would recommend them to all of my MTB mates and even though they are VIC based, purchasing was simple and communication was clear throughout the whole process.
