John and Gordon at DVS were great! They sorted out the issue with the fan quickly and efficiently. Vincent fixed things up a few days later. I have been with DVS for 11 years the people are excellent and their products and service are A+! DVS always the best!

Vincent provided a great customer service, he was friendly, he called me to confirm the time he was visiting and also text the day before to remind me. He had good knowledge and was very helpful when answering my queries.

From online contact, Russell called back and from there was very quick and so much appreciated. No more crying windows in our 1930's bungalow.

We are confident that we made the right decision to install a DVS EC system. Our experience with DVS started when their consultant (Lara) made an appointment to provide us with a quote. Lara is very knowledgeable and we felt that she gave us the best deal possible. It was the built-in heaters in three of the vents (Tempervents) that clinched the deal.

Sam, the DVS electrician, showed up right on time and proved to be very efficient at doing the installation. He's a super-nice guy and took the time to discuss where to place the vents and walked us through the control panel settings. After just two days, the house is about 5 degrees warmer and considerably drier.

We highly recommend DVS, Lara and Sam to anyone considering a ventilation system.

They where an absolute joy to work with - super professional, informative and very pleasant. I like meetings to be time efficient and have all of my questions answered, so that I fully understand everything before proceeding. Lara came for the consultation and was brilliant. She came up with a great plan for the house and the quote came though the next day. Throughout the rest of the project, I was constantly updated and informed. On installation day, the gents did an excellent job, going above and beyond my expectations. Our house is a unique build and usually very awkward to work on, but the guys problem solved quickly and communicated everything to me as they went. The whole experience was flawless, If you are considering a ventillation system for your home, I highly recommend DVS. ❤️

I recently moved house and the new house has a DVS system. I wasn’t sure if I had it set up correctly. I rang the helpline initially and they assisted me over the phone. I also booked a consultation in with Craig.
Craig contacted me the next day and made an appointment to visit our home. He checked the system and made a few suggestions for changes. It made a huge difference and the house is now significantly warmer!
Craig was excellent and I would highly recommend both him and the DVS company. He didn’t even charge for his call out!

I had a DVS installed in my home in April. Last winter had I condensation, this winter none. The DVS representative had genuine care and he was communicative and reliable. Installation was also quick and easy.
I’ve had DVS ventilation systems in all of my homes and wouldn’t use anything else.

I can't believe the difference in my home from the very next day since having a DVS installed.

My windows were streaming every morning and a dehumidifier and window vacuum were part of my day. Not anymore. I have not had a single drip on my windows since.

I thought the only way to fix the issue was to put in extremely expensive double glazing and due to the cost I had been putting off for years. This sounds odd, but the air 'feels' cleaner - I don't know how to explain that! My sinus issues have definitely improved too.

I can't recommend enough. From the first phone call to Russell, to the installers the next week, I am super impressed on both the product, expertise and service.

If you have problems with windows that stream and the mould that comes from that, I strongly suggest you look into this product.

Great service and super easy to deal with. I received a reminder that my filter was due a year after it was replaced. Email contained upfront pricing and easy to understand options. Great work DVS!

Andy arranged the day and time to change the filter and arrived bang on time. He was quick and efficient which is always welcomed these days. The DVS system does its job very effectively as we get no condensation at all.

We recently had a heat pump installed and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. A huge thank you to Russell for being so knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process.

The installer was also fantastic — professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and the workmanship was excellent.

I had an old DVS system for nearly 20 years. It was excellent until the fan stopped working - from old age. I got their new system installed and it’s awful. I have to switch it off late in the afternoon in colder weather as it blows cold air into the house, that I am paying to heat! Discussions with the company get nothing but bland words and no acceptance of the problem, I’d like to get a system from another company but as a pensioner I can’t afford to. I’m very disappointed.

Getting a quote was an easy and pleasant process, as Brian explained everything so well, the installation was efficient and courteous and they removed all the waste and even vacuumed the carpet. The system has given us a condensation free fresher home which is much quicker and easier to heat. Thank you DVS
