Dylanstephenpens Avis

I would like to share my experience selling and buying pens from Dylanstephenpens.

The pens you buy are authentic and accurately described. They came in one day of purchasing them, packed very well.

In terms of selling my special edition Montblanc and accessory, I had no issue contacting them and they responded extremely promptly with a reasonable price. Again as soon as they received the item the bank transfer was done in 24 hours.

I’d recommend them for any pen enthusiast looking to sell or buy preloaded pens.

Quick to respond and very easy to deal with. Transaction was a pleasure.

This whole process was so easy and quick. I was really grateful to Steve for making it all so simple.

Good communications. Very fair price offered and extremely prompt payment.
What more can you ask for?

I have just sold 2 pens to Dylan Stephen. Their offer was better than other companies, the process easy and the payment prompt. I would highly recommend this company.

I communicated via WhatsApp, and Steve has offered a great deal on the number of pens I wanted to sell. After receiving my parcel, Steve has kindly transferred the agreed amount to my bank account. I thank Steve for his professionalism and quick communication.

Sold my pens!
Communicated via WhatsApp which suited me better, rather than form filling. Very quick response and fair price offered for my pens. Posted them via the service recommended with Royal Mail. Once delivered I received a swift payment direct to my bank account. Very happy. Great customer service. Thank you. 5 Stars.

There was a quick response to my WhatsApp message and photos. The process was then simple, with the agreed amount transferred on the day of receipt of the pens. Would certainly recommend if you have quality pens to sell.

Superb service, instant quote and immediate payment once my pens were received. Very honest and professional. I thoroughly recommend Dylan*Stephenpens.

Very quick process. Good price for the pens we were selling. Professional company. Our payment was made immediately upon delivery of the pens. Would recommend.

Dylan Stephen pens are exceptional. Stephen’s word is genuinely his bond. Yesterday 18th Sept I emailed him about a particular pen, we agreed a price. I sent it Royal Mail SD. It is now, as I write 12.11 pm on the 19th Sept and the money agreed is already in my account! Thank you so much. How lovely to do business with Company with integrity. Just wonderful.

What a great experience! Sent my pens yesterday and got paid today. Really impressed - thank you!

Dylanstephens was super responsive, clear and genuine. I got an instant quote and there was a clear process to follow to sell my pen. The money was in my account the day after I posted my pens, with no quibbles and no changes. Great service and experience.

It's never easy to trust people when doing deals online, but I guarantee this business is FULLY trustworthy and correct! I sold them a fountain pen and Steve put my mind at ease with his professional and courteous communication. Full payment was made to me the day it arrived to them. Fantastic customer service and an overall excellent transaction. Thank you for the great experience. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was such an easy and stress free process.
Stephen responded immediately when I made contact and after I accepted the offer fully explained the process.
Payment was made immediately he received the pens.
Highly recommend

Amazing Company and Service.
I wanted to sell a Mont Blanc Pen, I filled in the enquiry form including some pictures and within 30 minutes I had an offer from Steve.

Pen sent yesterday, the company received and payment has already been paid.

Fantastic Customer Service and I would highly recommend

Exactly as the previous reviews say - really easy to deal with, no messing around.

Pen sent, payment received immediately, wish everything was this simple.

Steve got back to me very quickly and offered a fair price. Communication was excellent and the transaction went very smoothly, couldnt have been a better experience. Thank you.

I messaged Steve one evening regarding a Mont Blanc pen I was looking to sell. With minutes Steve had replied and after sending some photos he made me an offer which I accepted. I sent the pen the following day and the day after that Steve had made payment straight in to my bank. Amazing service and prices paid are on the money.
