Dylanstephenpens Avis

I am dealing with dylan from more than 6 months and must have bought more than 10 pens from him.
He is a extraordinary human being with highest professional ethics.
I come to know about him through internet and he has very high regards in the pen community regarding his honesty, service and pricing and last but not the least his assurance regarding pen condition.
He never hide anything from u and I will highly recommend him for the buisness due to his honesty and ethics.
He has very good pen collection and he could help me to get the pens which I could not get from anywhere that too in very competitive pricing.
I trust him blindly and can recommend the same to others

Communication prompt and painless transaction.
Happy with my selling experience

I recently sold several pens to Dylanstephen Pens.
I found the experience quite seamless.
The pricing was fair and honest.
I would recommend them.

Really great service when selling a pen. Honest and straight forward valuation, responsive communication and immediate payment on receipt of pen.
Highly recommended and a really easy person to do business with.

Great to deal with Steve, once I'd sent my items not only did I receive payment the next morning, but Steve contacted me to say that he was increasing the amount as the items were in better condition than expected. Absolute class.

Sold 2 Starwalkers (Fountain and Ballpoint) with double Mont Blanc Leather Pouch to Stephen, Transaction was very easy and received a good price for them, good communication throughout and as soon as he received the pens payment was made immediately, Highly recommend using Dylan Stephens

Quick communication via WhatsApp regarding some pens I wanted to sell. I received a very fair offer, and the money was transferred to my account immediately after they received the parcel. Thank you for the professionalism and promptness 5🌟

Would highly recommend

Within 48hrs of making contact we had payment in our account. Steve gave me a quote from photographs, I posted for next day delivery and by that evening the money was there. Easy no fuss and no stress! Would highly recommend. Thanks so much.

I just purchased a Graf von Faber-Castell Anello pen from this company and I am absolutely delighted with it as well as the first class service I received.
They always offer excellent value for money with items accurately described. Postage is fast and goods arrive carefully packaged.
Steve always quickly responds to my messages. He is very knowledgeable and helpful at all times.
For anyone interested in the fascinating world of writing instruments I cannot recommend Dylanstephen Pens too highly. Keep up the great service!

Perfect, great communication and quick dispatch, pens are as described if not better, perfect seller.

I had an extremely quick response and payment. All in all, a very efficient service was provided. Thank you.

Payment was immediate with no complications. Buyer is 100% trustworthy.

As always, I received my pen quickly and it was well packaged. The pen was exactly as described and Steve even went to the trouble of providing a new refill. I have used Steve for many years and will continue to do so. Never had any problems! Excellent service!!

Immediate response, immediate payment (next day) what more could you ask for?

Excellent service/feedback... he does what it says on the tin.

Clear communication, correct valuation of products, hassle free transaction without any delay.

Dylan Stephens Pens were so easy to deal with. I wanted to sell a Mont Blanc pen I'd had for years but no longer used. Never sold a pen before. They came up on google so I read the trustpilot reviews and decided to take a chance. I sent pics of my pen to Steve on Whatsapp, he made me an offer the same day, I was happy with the offer. The next day I posted the pen by Royal Mail, signed for and insured and 2 days later the money landed in my account. From finding them to payment in 4 days. No hesitation in recommending them.

It's my third deal with Steven both in selling and buying pens. He is always consistent prices are reasonable. I recommend buying your pens from Steven.

Wonderful service. Very honest and professional.

Wound definitely use their services again in the future.
