I had Mont Blanc pens to sell and found Dylan Stephen on line. From first contact through WhatsApp it took 2 days to deliver the pens and receive the payment into my bank. Very clear process and instructions from Steve.
Highly recommend.

Very straightforward, easy to deal with, told me what he was interested in and not interested in, gave me a price and then paid the money into my account the same morning that he received the pen. I wish that more people were this straightforward and efficient!

Prompt communication, a fair price offered, clear instructions, prompt payment. I did look at selling my pen on eBay or similar, and maybe I could have got a little more for it. I opted to try Dylan Stephen Pens as it might be easier and it was a great choice. I sent the pen via Special Delivery and the money was in my account this morning. After a bad experience with this individual i would be very wary trading with this company as he made a promise not to sell my goods after promising to return them refused his refund by a secure method and went on to sell my property none the less. Sadly there was no trust on his part. He has refused to resolve the matter amicably

Unfortunately the sellers response is not completely factual

He offered a price which he insisted was fair. Unfortunately other dealers offered a more reasonable offer. I contacted the owner to pull him on this and he refused to correct his offer. He then listed thenpen and the case on his website at grossly inflated prices.

He then offered to delist the goods and return the goods but refused to accept his immediate refund by either paypal protected or via card payment to protect me should the goods not be returned or returned not as described on the advice of trading standards. He also promised he would not sell the goods but two days later he relisted them and sold them proving that t would be unlikely he would keep his word. He didnt have my consent to sell my property but he sold them nonetheless

Received a really good offer, sent the pens off recorded delivery and got paid the day they arrived.

You may be concerned about sending something valuable off without being paid, but not not worry, this is a great, honest and reliable business, would highly recommend them
