Dylanstephenpens Avis

Just purchased a leather pouch for a rollerball pen purchased earlier in the year. Once again a first class service with speedy delivery and the pouch was well wrapped. Probably the lowest value item on their site but the care and attention is appreciated. Thank you!

Great experience doing business with Steve. Got a very swift offer and an excellent price for my pen, money paid into my account the day he received the item. Would highly recommend.

I sold my collection of Montblanc pens to Dylan Stephen Ltd. The whole process was smooth, efficient and fast. The team (Steve) was very responsive to messages and always kept me up to date. The whole transaction was totally professional. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dylan Stephen Ltd.

Would thoroughly recommend. 5 star service from start to finish. Steve was so efficient and helpful - totally trustworthy. So easy to send and sell my ones with him. Very prompt payment and responses.

A fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, professional and friendly, and communication was excellent throughout. I was very happy with the service and how smoothly everything was handled.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their luxury pens. A genuinely positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very positive experience selling my pen with Dylan Stephen Pens. I sent a few photos via WhatsApp and received an immediate valuation, which I felt was very fair. I then sent the pen by Special Delivery and, once it had been received, payment was made immediately.

The whole process was quick, straightforward and hassle-free. I’d be very happy to use them again and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Quick response, fair pricing and efficient process for selling pens. Delighted with service and would thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking a new home for pens languishing in a drawer.

Very professional and friendly service. In my opinion, buying or selling pens can be done in the complete confidence that you will receive a good, and fair deal. I highly recommend this company.

Sold my 3 Montblanc Pens. Great communication and professional service provided by Stephen! Highly recommended.

I’ve bought several items from Steve, as well as sold pens to him and, without exception, every transaction has been perfect. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Also - his free delivery is super fast. In short - a fantastic seller.

My fourth fountain pen from Dylan Stephen Pens. As always an impeccable transaction in every respect. Glorious pen, very good price, prompt, helpful comms, well presented on arrival and top service .

Stephen is a joy to deal with and always goes the extra mile.

Thank you, Stephen

Just purchased a Montblanc rollerball pen. The pen looks as if new and the box is in perfect condition. Very pleased with the price and excellent service. Nice people to do business with, thank you.

I was really pleased with this service. I submitted the on-line form and uploaded a few pictures of my pen, and had a prompt and fair offer by return. Stephen answered my questions very promptly so I sent the pen off by special delivery as recommended. It arrived the next morning and the money was in my account in less than an hour. I would certainly use Dylan Stephens again.

Recently ordered a pen from Dylan Stephens Pens and it was my first time buying from a reseller and the experience was fantastic! Answered my questions outside of working hours and posted the pen immediately with it arriving next day! Will definitely be looking at purchasing again. Great service! Defo recommend!

Steve had the perfect range of Mont Blanc Meisterstück pens I was looking for as presents for a young lady about to start her law career in a very prestigious City firm. The items I bought were very fairly priced and in superb boxed condition and to use her words she was ‘bowled over by them’ when they arrived with her. I’d highly recommend Dylan Stephen pens and will be back quite soon as a customer for myself too. Thanks Steve 👍

Excellent communications, super quick offer and payment. Thanks Steve!

Fast efficient and professional service from start to finish. I contacted Steve on Friday evening, was quickly given a fair offer. Posted items on Saturday and had full payment no quibble as cleared funds in my bank account by Monday lunch time. Thank you again.

Dylanstephenpens (Steve) has been most efficient, patient and helpful in dealing with the purchase of my pen. Thank you!

I sold my pens through Steve, and the whole process was easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was paid very quickly. Thank you for such a smooth and efficient service, I'd highly recommend.

This is definitely the company to use if you have a high quality pen to sell. I have never experienced such prompt service from a company and was very satisfied with the offer made for my Mont Blanc pen. I posted the pen SD as advised on a Tuesday afternoon and the money was in my bank account mid morning the next day. It is often daunting to sell online but Steve made it a simple straightforward process and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
