I and my wife were absolutely delighted with Ana's visit to attend to my wife's hearing problem. Ana arrived precisely on time, and conducted the whole consultation in a very professional manner.The outcome was very successful. The ear wax was painlessly removed, restoring Helen's hearing following which she was given a complete hearing test and provided with a printout of the result. I could not recommend her service more highly.

My husband has dementia and was very apprehensive about what would happen,but he needn't have worried as Anna explained everything to him. She is very professional and patient.she also found he had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Also sent a report showing before and after photos. Needed a home-visit for my mother who lives in a care home to have her ear wax removed as advised by her GP. Booked online and received a call from a friendly staff member checking the details and giving the preparation advice. The specialist arrived on time, explained everything to my mother and removed all of the ear wax. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Anna was very helpful and explained everything as she went along to my Mum who has dementia. This helped to put my mum at ease as she was really nervous about what the procedure would be.

This was a response to an emergency call for my 89year old aunt who suddenly could not hear a sound. Living alone this made her very vulnerable. It was clear that the consultant who took the call and managed the appointment was an expert in dealing with these situations. Not only a professional but patient and kind. The result was hearing restored much to our relief. The follow up included a full report with recommendations to avoid a recurrence. Could not be happier with service.
