Professional and efficient service
Anna was very professional and explained everything she was going to do to my elderly mother. She constantly checked that my.mum was ok and the proceedure was not uncomfortable for her. Full report emailed to me after. Would definitely recommend this service.

Reassuring and friendly
My mother( Margaret) was seen by a lovely lady named Anna who was very reassuring and friendly and extremely thorough .
Margaret was very comfortable throughout the appointment having been subject to discomfort in the past.

They come to your home
They come to your home, which is awesome. Anna was very professional and good with my father. We had softened him up with olive oil for awhile before the visit. Anna was able get most of the wax out and dads hearing was better. Yay! They provide photos and pdf to keep for your records.
