EARS Clinics Avis 

First Class service yesterday by Leigh Anne. She made us feel so welcome and explained everything she would be doing. I was there with my partner and my brother and we all felt at ease and would definitely recommend her.

I have used this service many times. It is always efficient with well trained and knowledgeable clinicians taking care of me. I highly recommend the service.

It was easy to book an appointment at Ears Clinic Stepps. I was taken promptly and the ear specialist explained everything clearly. Great service and my ears are now completely clear of wax despite being very blocked. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Due to the fact I had a medical due I could not wait for the 8 weeks delay with the NHS. The procedure was quick and painless and my hearing was much better very quickly.

The whole experience was painless and straightforward from start to finish.

Leighann was great and explained the process and options in a clear and understandable way. I actually learned quite a bit about ears during my visit 😀. Would thoroughly recommend!

Leighann was absolutely lovely. She explained everything to you, checked you where happy, explained how it would feel and where you comfortable about the process.

My first visit to Ears Clinic was a very pleasant experience. Leighanne put me at ease immediately.
She explained what exactly would be happening and carried out her work in a very professional manner.
Leighanne suggested a hearing test be carried out. This has now been done and the tester advised that no further action was necessary.
I would definitely recommend this clinic and have no hesitation in going back in future to see Leighanne should this be required. Aileen .

The ears were apparently cleared. Two weeks later and I still have ringing in my ears. I contacted EARS clinic but the only advice they gave me was to contact my doctor.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The procedure was explained clearly, and my ears feel much better afterwards. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing ear cleaning treatment. Thank you for the great care.

I recently had an appointment at the Ears clinics, South Queensferry, with Mellisa. I had a very pleasant experience, she explained me in a very comprehensive way all about my ear problem. No waiting , I did the booking the day before, quickly and professional.

Excellent service could hardly hear before I visited and had been unwell because of a blocked eardrum. Very efficient and knowledgeable service with lovely member of staff.

Leighann made me completely at ease, explaining everything during my appointment.
Afterwards she suggested several exercises to try out
that may help my condiction.

A great experience. Wee lassie, Kinza was brilliant. Sorry not being disrespectful but I am 72 years of age so just me. She made me at ease not knowing what to expect. Lovely personality. Showed me photos before and afterwards. What a difference? Would recommend to anyone. My mate booking up for next week.

Very good indeed. Easy to book. Ewan was excellent as was his colleague when i visited 6 months ago. I actually recommended them to my GP this morning! Competitively priced and available!
