Leighann was fantastic with my husband who has significant communication and language difficulties following a stroke. Put him at ease, explained what was happening and managed to get so much wax out!!!!

I attended the Stepps Ear clinic recently and my clinician was Leighann. The whole experience was very positive. Leigh Ann was warm and friendly who really put me at ease. She was professional as explained the procedure and endured I was happy with it before starting. The procedure was painless and Leighann explained what she was doing at every stage. My husband also had a procedure done at the beginning of the week. He could not speak more highly of Leighann too. We will definitely return. A five star experience ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was able to book an appointment on the day (House of Hearing in Perth had cancelled my appointment that morning with no explanation) which was excellent. Melissa was very professional and cleared both my ears off wax. This was the first time I'd had such a procedure and she was very reassuring.

I had been suffering with hearing issues for a few months and had tried oil and various gadgets at home, but eventually it got to the point where I knew I needed professional help.

I managed to get a same-day appointment at the South Queensferry clinic and saw Melissa. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Melissa explained everything clearly, made the whole process comfortable and also gave me helpful advice on what to do in the future.

The difference afterwards was amazing and I only wish I'd booked an appointment sooner!

Got appointment same day and was treated with calm assurance and procedure went well with no problems. All was explained and I left after 25 mins with no after affects. Well pleased.

This was my second visit to the Ears Clinic in Stepps and it was every bit as straightforward, quick and comfortable as the first. I was given an appointment the following day after phoning at four o'clock. Despite being very thorough Leighann ensured that the microsuction process was completely pain free.
I will have no hesitation in visiting for a third time when that is required.
