Have been enjoying a new lease of life with crystal clear hearing since my treatment on 14 October at Clydebank clinic. I can hear a knock at the door again now, and tv dialogue and the tap running sounds weirdly loud. But most important I can hear what other people are saying now and take part in conversations which is a big thing! Thank you so, so much to Aileen who worked so hard to get the impacted wax out of my wee narrow ears and being cheery, kind and supportive. A brilliant service I'll be recommending to everybody.

Had hearing issues, so we to get an ear test. Found out ear was full of wax, therefore couldn’t do test. Was advised to visit EARS clinic to remove wax. Simple on line booking process, very friendly staff, was informed of what would happen at every step. Painless experience, wax removed within minutes. Would happily recommend. Excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic service.

I have had ear syringes done since I was a little boy and ‘Ears’ have conducted them twice for me now.

Each time it’s been flawless. If you want water irrigation instead of suction then it’s not a problem.

They take cash as well, so is good for older people who prefer the old ways of doing things.

Really friendly staff, would highly recommend!

Very easy to book straight forward and friendly helpful staff , Aileen was the practitioner that cleaned my ears and also gave me a follow up appointment in two weeks time to make sure every thing is all right I have on going problems with my ears did 5 years running and the staff here are determined to get to the bottom of my ears did problems

I attended the Ears Clinic in Clydebank and was so happy with Aileen Gaffney, who was excellent in every way….friendly, professional and efficient. The service I received was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

What an amazing experience! Aileen was absolutely brilliant, she explained everything and taught me a little about our ears. Fascinating. My first time having ears syringed and it was like a spa treatment, loved it. The difference it made was unbelievable! Highly recommend EARS Clinic - it literally changed my life. 5 stars not enough.

Quick, fantastic service. My ears were blocked and nothing else worked. The service and microsecond procedure was quick and painful free. I highly recommend the clinic.

First visit to this clinic. I had a very positive experience.Diane firstly explained the procedure thoroughly, it was completely painless and a good outcome was had.

Leighann was excellent! Took her time, listened, explained everything and was so professional and friendly. Put my son (25 and ASD) completely at ease.
My son is a drummer and wears in-ear monitors regularly. He woke up with completely muffled hearing. What a result! We got an appt for the next day which was a Saturday and completely cleared both ears of a LOT of build-up which was not visible eternally.
Cannot recommend Leighann highly enough. We’ll be back in a few months to ensure his lugs stay clear. Thank you! 🤩

My daughter has attended this clinic and been treated by Leighann a few times and has always found her experience a positive one. Leighann is excellent at helping Millie to relax and also gave very good advice on how to deal with congested eustacian tubes due to a cold which was evident after having her ears cleared. Highly recommend.
