electrical fault MG
The car they gave has an electrical fault. I phoned AA they got it started quite easy but said it needs to go to MG straight away.
I phoned easidrive they said can't have replacement until yesterday. Still waiting. Website down, emailed. Still waiting.
What am I supposed to do with my disabled wife in the meantime?

Ambulance chasers that just out to line their own pockets
A terrible company who are recommended to people who insure their vehicles with OneCall Insurance. They're ambulance chasers, & somewhat lacking in professionalism when it comes to non-fault claims. They use a company called Lairds, another company that I'd ask you to also avoid unless you welcome stress and anxiety. Lairds have deemed a vehicle from 2 photographs to be a categorized CAT N. Cat N being uneconomical to repair. Armchair engineers who haven't even got off their backsides to assess the repair. One employee misinformed me that, " all accident assessments are now done from the office ". Mike needs re-training if this is what he believes. This car is NOT a Cat N, it would cost a mere £150-200 to smart repair at most. Even my local most expensive body repair company said a mere £598 to repair with a new bumper skin and & paint. Shocking behaviour, especially when it is not you at fault. Absolutely no deviation from them having someone come out and physically appraise the car in the flesh/plastic. So much for saving the planet & recycling, eh?

Hassle free process and great service
Overall fantastic service from Easidrive, I was referred to them by another motor legal service to arrange a hire vehicle
Hire vehicle was delivered less than 24 hours after the incident I had (on a saturday!), I was able to pick a time that suited me and the car was delivered to my home address, friendly driver who explained the paperwork and process and gave a demo of the vehicle
Payments from the third-party insurer in relation to my incident were forwarded to me same day by Easidrive, and I was able to hang on to the car for a few more days after this whilst I shopped for a replacement. As with delivery, collection of the vehicle was efficient and at a time that suited.
Particularly had a great experience with James via telephone who was my claim handler, kept me updated throughout the process and was available for questions and answers each time I had one, Thanks again!

My insurer passed my claim over to these
My car was hit by a third party as it was parked my insurer passed my claim to this firm it has been one of a battle poor estimate done by lairds assessor on a deck top review did not get the damage caused paid for as the report was flawed due to not being assessed properly I had only been paid 70% of what it cost due to mismanagement in a hire car for three months that this company charged £123 per day for my advice is do not let your insurer pass you on to this company you will not get the car repaired despite desperately trying to you will be passed from pillar to post lemonaid legal alianz insurance then overdrive you do not know who is dealing with the actual damage claim stay clear

Everything from start to finish after our car was written off by a third party was seamless. The courtesy car arrived the next day at the time stated. The settlement was reached within four weeks, which I was more than happy with.

It's so Easi!
EasiDrive, well easy being the operative word here. Honestly, without much effort on my part, a beautiful new car was delivered to my doorstep by a very friendly informative gentleman who explained everything I needed to know. The car was an absolute dream to drive and as arranged a week later it was collected.
I received a text to say when it would be delivered and a text for collection, EASI!
I will recommend EasiDrive to everyone for an Easi well-oiled experience.

Fabulous company
Fabulous company - from start to finish EasiDrive were so helpful, efficient and friendly, regularly keeping me up to date. One point in particular I was really impressed with was, when asked if I had any specific requirements regarding the van hire, I asked for a roof-rack. Unfortunately, EasiDrive didn’t have any vans with roof-racks, so they gave me a long wheelbase Fiat so I could put my ladders inside - absolutely brilliant and well appreciated. Altogether, a fantastic service and a little extra mention for Margaret 😁
