Car was delivered on time with a message telling me what time ETA wll be car looked clean but windows was dirty and used paper tissues left i center console had to do tyre pressure as light came on next morning there was no sat nav so had to go out and buy one would i use them again i think yes but would look more at cleanliness of vehicle

Given a hire car with insurance company through EasiDrive. One of the best and easiest companies i have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. Staff really friendly and extremely helpful! Never feel like anything is too much. Received better updates regarding my car through EasiDrive than i did from my insurance company. EasiDrive also managed to sort the issue with the insurance company marking my fixed car as a write off. Cant thank yous enough for all your help over the last month!

The truth of the matter is all of these positive reviews are fake.
Easy drive is nothing but a scam.
Dodgy car repair garages use them in the event of a non fault accident.
I had a clear cut non fault accident. The garage
I used which after speaking to neighbours is dodgy and they put easidrive on to me.
Easidrive asked for witnesses phone numbers which I gave and got get confirmed what took place ( they were passengers in the third party car)
Easidrive sent me a car when the Bodyshop took mine.
I kept their car only until the Bodyshop gave me a date of completion on mine( about 3-4 days max.
They obviously are now demanding crazy amounts from the third party insurers who are refusing to pay.
Easidrive now says I owe them £2200 for three days rental if I don’t provide all of my personal finances and underwear size to them.
I have a court date and I am going. I am going to waste everyone’s time
It’s all a waste of time. This is why our car insurance continues to go up.
If you use Easidrive, the Bodyshop wins, garvin’s law wins, Easidrive wins and you, the person who has a damaged vehicle and all the headache looses big time.
Why are companies like this allowed to trade? Well they pay big money in taxes so the taxman loves them.
If you have an accident go to your insurance company and only your insurance company no matter what a Bodyshop tells you.

From start to finish everything went smoothly, can't fault them

From start to finish the service was brilliant the only downfall was the repair garage that fixed my car. Rude, left tape everywhere grease on my car they also was supposed to clean it. Easidrive were brilliant

I had a no fault accident and contacted my insurer who passed the claim to Easidrive. 10.5 weeks later I am still in courtesy car and have had to chase constantly for updates. Easidrive have had many issues trying to get updates from the garage they sent it to and through the period of time they have been unable to give form dates for when my car was going to be ready. They also gave Easidrive mixed mesages. The garage have now tried to return my car twice but I refused to accept it as it was dirty and had additional scratches and marks to seats that weren't there when they took the car. It took two weeks to pick the car up and they only did an assessment from photos. Low and behold after they had the car for a while they found additional parts were required. I have had to do all the chasing considering the accident was not my fault and the other party admitted full liability. I would not recommend this company given the service I have received from Easidrive and their appointed garage. I have emailed the complaints address and have had no response to date!

I would like to thank this company for being there for me from day 1. The took no time .by the end of the day I have received a call .telling me when I was going to get a car . Got a car a very good car . They are very good and reliable

I would recommend Easidrive to anyone they were so helpful after i was in an accident they had a replacement car brought out to me in no time at all,and staff were very helpful on the phone and sorted every thing out for me. Mrs M Poulter.

Oh my goodness how has this company got this rating. Do not use them. Only gave 1 star because I had to.
In a non fault accident. Problems with communication from start to finish. No empathy with regards to fact that i had been the victim of the crash. Firstly car was picked up and sent to a garage unknown to me as there terms and conditions werent suitable for Nissan
garage to sign up to! That should have been a red flag from the beginning. Rental car fine but constantly ringing to move things on so they could collect the hire car due to fear of costs being too high. Used an engineer from another part of the country to do desk top assessment of car, not even seen it and no assessment as to whether if was safe! Appeared that car was assumed scrap before even assessed as no consider action if the functioning or safety of the vehicle just the bodywork. Then continue to get hassled about scrapping the car following an offer of 2k less than what my car was worth. Well course its not in good condition, someone crashed into me at 60mph! They wouldn't pay out for caf seats until the third party insurers paid them even though they had confirmation payment would be made. I was without car seats for my two children, one of which had been in the accident. I kept getting hassled with calls at work then getting emails saying we can't get in touch! All this company are bothered about is money. Do not use them.

Easidrive was very good they kept us informed all the way, they made appointments and kept them promptly. We was very pleased with the service thank you

I had no fault damage to my vehicle and Easidrive very quickly provided a brand new vehicle whilst my car was repaired. Excellent service and very efficient. Regular calls from them to check everything was OK. Easy pick up service when my car was repaired and returned.

Very helpful and they helped me to get a hair car when I was besparet for a car after I had a car accident

Communication could have been better, and I had to make a 25-mile round trip to return the hire vehicle.

I was speaking to Brad I have been ringing in for a week for a hire car that I have been promised they haven’t gave me good customer service they have been saying the same thing for a week they are nothing available

I can recommend this company as, i found them reliable in that they lent me a car the next day and answered all my questions after my accident Couldn't fault them i any way.
