Easy Light Bulbs Avis 249

I purchased a bulb from this company in January and never received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for either delivery or a refund, I was completely ignored. The lack of response and accountability is appalling. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against using this company.

The service received was excellent
My bulbs arrived on time and the packaging was perfect. I have usedcthese bulbs for some time now and they are really long lasting

Very polite, and helpful people. I had some issues with delivery, but everything was sorted out efficiently. Really appreciate the communication. Also the bulb I bought is an old model and I couldn’t find it anywhere. The website helped with that too, good range of bulbs.

The service from acing my order to delivery was fantastic. I was kept informed every step of the process. Would 100% use these people again for all my future light bulb orders.

The whole experience was flawless. No weirdness on the website. Item was dispatched quickly it was very well packaged so arrived in one piece.
Price seemed good to me as well. I note this firm are in Baldock in Hertfordshire which is a gorgeous town so points for that as well. My favourite Auntie and Uncle lived in Orwell so Baldock reminds me of them!

I input the old bulb information when searching the Easy Light website and thought the bulb I ordered was compatible. Unfortunately the one sent through was completely the wrong size. I received a call from the company to sort out the issue. 24 hours later I had received the correct bulb and all perfect.

Prompt, easy and then there was an issue to address it was fairly done. Would happily use again.

Had to wait a little time for the bulbs to arrive but have fitted them and fit perfectly and are very good value

Same problem here. I wish I had read this before making the purchase. It's now been 25 days since I placed my order. Last week, I called and was reassured that my lamps were in transit, would reach the UK, and be sent to me shortly.
Now they say they can't promise when they'll arrive — it might take another 1–2 weeks. I've requested a refund and won’t be ordering from them again.
EDIT: I ordered the same lamps in another shop yesterday. They have just been delivered (whithin less than 24h).

I needed several GU10 LED spotlight bulbs. They needed to be high quality and last well as not easily accessible. Callum was very helpful. I chose Philips bulbs costing over £12, and imagined they would be the top of the range Philips Master bulbs, but on arrival they turned out to be from the lower quality Philips Master VALUE range, available widely at a much lower price. I was offered a price reduction or total refund.

Good availability of uncommon bulbs. Fast delivery and excellent safe packaging. Recommended
