Great product but don’t pay for next day delivery, at the cost of £12 the order doesn’t arrive the next day and, when you email to complain about it, they ignore you. Use another company instead.

Easy to order, Supplier contacted me to say they could not get the lamp @ 19W but could supply one @18W, no problem, excellent service, lamps received well packed, quick delivery, look just as expected, work well.

Ok lamp is correct size but not Philips as illustrated

My first order, which was delivered by Royal Mail, arrived in a dreadful state! I sent photos via email and was quickly dealt with by a member of staff. He was polite, apologetic, and very helpful.
He immediately reordered my lamps and arranged for next day delivery.
My order arrived promptly, and in one piece.

Bulb works and is in place in kitchen, I haven't tried the second bulb as yet.

Only reason not 5 star as I had to wait 3 weeks for item to come into stock.

Easy to order items. Competitive prices. Good communication throughout. Amazingly well packed to ensure no damage.

4 stars instead of 5 as Royal Mail was used and unfortunately they (again), left the parcel at the door of the building. This is not a safe place (but there is one which other delivery companies use). Also, a neighbour was home but her flat wasn't buzzed to allow access.
