My lamp arrived safely and well packaged. Very speedy service and the lamps are reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

The company was so helpful with my purchase. Can not fault the company at all.my products I purchased arrived on time and packed very well.

I had a bad experience with lamps2udirect. I order a Philips light bulb from them. I didn't hear anything for 11 days so I rang them to query my order. As a result a light bulb was sent to me. However, the light bulb received was a cheap generic and not the light bulb I ordered. Even though they were well aware that they had sent me a generic, they claimed that they had sent the correct light bulb. However, after I sent them a photo of the light bulb, they accepted the error and offered me a refund or 50% off the cost. Initially, I accepted the 50% off offer, but shortly after having learnt more about the cheap generic light bulb, I asked for a full refund. Despite that the retailer refused to provide a full refund and instead refunded half the amount. Retailer is untrustworthy and should be avoided.

I try to support small retailers by shopping from websites such as yours, but by abusing our trust you just push people like me towards the large corporations, such as Amazon where we do not experience these problems.
I had to take up the matter with my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered three bulbs online that were difficult to find. There were two companies selling these bulbs do I bought from both, just as well I did that as the order placed with this online trader took 3/4 months. I found it easy to place the order, and when received they were packaged very well. Some communication from this trader would have been appreciated. I didn't think I was ever going to get them. The quality is good. Would I recommend them not if you need them immediately. Would I shop with them again, mit sure would possibly name contact to see how long it would take them to full fill a particular order.

Ordered various theatre lamps that I was struggling to get elsewhere. All arrived well packed and in reasaonable time. The ones that have been fitted seem to be perfect for the job and the rest are on the shelf as spares.

I ordered a fan on 13th July. After 9 days I tried to contact them saying, where is it? One email didn't work so I used the sales email. They got back to me the same day. Telling me the fan was a pre order and it wasn't going to be sent untill end of August/beginning of September!! I need it now!!
There was no information about pre ordering on the web page at all! I am FURIOUS!! I will have to find another fan in my price range from somewhere else now!
And a refund!

Because the light bulbs we wanted are made by only a limited number of manufacturers, my order turned out to take a while to fulfil, When I enquired into the delay, Sharon and Martin replied straight away, explaining the situation but all the same offering me the option of a refund, Even though I didn't take them up on the offer, I appreciated their integrity in reminding me I had that option. The light bulbs arrived safely yesterday. I would definitely order from Lamps2udirect again.

I’ve used this shop twice and had no problems till last time, third time. My UV lamps arrived broken. I called them immediately after receiving and noticed it was broken, to tell them about the issue and they requested pictures. I sent them pictures. The term was replaced and with me within two working days.
I highly recommend.

Ordered some bulbs on 7th March but had to phone on 17th as I hadn't received any notification of a delivery date. The man was very helpful, said they were awaiting delivery of the bulbs from Europe and that it was unusual I hadn't received notification regarding the delay. They finally arrived on 22nd March, so 15 days after ordering. It would have been helpful if the website had stated Out Of Stock.

I didn't actually get the light I ordered, but I give them them five stars because when I contacted them and sent them a photo of the product as received they offered to refund me the purchase price without requiring me to even send the light back, and they did so. This was very generous and fair - thanks.

picture shows ceramci shaver. plug recieved cheap plastic chiness crap and took over two weeks for order.

OK i could have phoned and perhaps when looking at the unit its difficult to see. I dont remember a description for what material the unit is made from. I may have been harsh therfore I upgraded my review .
