Placed an order on the 23rd November, the item is in stock and as yet i have not received the item or had any update. I have emailed twice with no reply, pretty poor. I will be seeking a refund now

Absolutely the worst company in the uk, payed £52.80 for bulbs not received, not responding to emails no comunication,no responce what so ever, avoid at all cost. Will now take to small claims court.

I placed an order on 10th November with standard delivery. I didn't hear anything further after the initial order confirmation email, until I chased on 19th November. After then reading the reviews, I thought I'd be scammed so resigned myself to losing the money (I hadn't paid by credit card ). But the next day, I received a despatch notification with a tracking number and the parcel came the next day. The company obviously has issues from reading the other reviews. From my experience with this transaction, they need to be more upfront and communicative - don't wait for customers to chase you .

Ordered lightbulbs, emailed several times with no response, purchased bulbs elsewhere and called contact number to ask to cancel order and refund me, was told I couldn’t as bulbs had already been dispatched, they clearly hadn’t, now several days later the bulbs have arrived and I will have to pay to return item!!!

I placed an order 28/10 which I haven't received. Reading the reviews it sounds like a scam company! I've emailed several times but had no response. Also, tried telephoning but no answer. I took will be reporting the company for taking people's money & not delivering the goods!!

I place an order for 4 Philips MASTER LEDspot MV VLE D 3.5-35w Dimmable GU10 2700°K 40° Beam - 73538000 bulbs in early November. I am still waiting for the order. The company doesn't seem to respond to emails or phone calls. Either they are pretty hopeless or a scam. I will be escalating with Mastercard as this sort of business practice is not acceptable.

We have an old fluorescent tube light in our kitchen, I didn't realise that the tubes had been discontinued so couldn't find replacements in any local DIY stores and the LED replacements they did have would not work. Found this website and they still had some in stock so ordered 2. I received an order confirmation straight away and then the following day a "your orders being picked " email. After receiving that I heard nothing for a week. That's when I looked at the reviews. I didn't not expect to receive our order. Yesterday I received a dispatch email and the tubes a have arrived today. They are exactly what I ordered and work perfect. We now have light in the kitchen again. 10 days from ordering, we have our goods. So not the fastest but considering all the negative reviews, I'll take that.

I've just seen other people have had the same issue as me.. I placed an order in October, they took the money from my account, I have emailed several times and left 4 voicemessages.. NEVER had an update. It's a scam. will find out how to report this company so others don't fall victim.
on this site, the company responded to say they take customer service seriously and will follow up my order.. so seriously 4 days has elapsed and nothing has been done. Be warned

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered as now I will will have to escalate to American Express for a refund and hopefully they will block any future payments to this company.

I ordered 2 golf-ball light bulbs. Delivery was slow. The bulbs both have corroded bases. The return process is unclear and the firm is not replying to my emails.

Item never arrived. ignored all my contact attempts . Nothing but a set of thieves

package didn't arrive due to an error with Royal Mail but the team were super helpful and kind sorting me out in the end.

Terrible product and service. We ordered a premium bulb and they sent one worth 1/4 of the price without telling us. Customer service was really slow and offered no refund. I will never use again.

Just as all other reviews. I received email to acknowledge payment received on 16th July. Package finally received on 24th July. Ordered 2 X dimmable bulbs and received non dimmable which are a fraction of the price. After several weeks, finally got a reply from Callum who stated that they substituted the 'Bell' dimmable bulbs for normal 'Bell' bulbs as they were out of stock. A substitute would be for dimmable bulbs from a different brand! Callum also tried to defend the poor service by explaining that I should have called as they have too many emails. Yet no one ever answers when they are called! I posted the useless bulbs using the freepost label provided. After persistent chasing, refund finally received on 10th August.

I purchased Golf Ball 40w E14/SES 240v Philips Clear Light Bulb - 45mm × 100 and they sent me a completely different cheaper inferior brand. I then emailed them twice which they ignored and I am now having to issue a chargeback claim to recover my money as they do not want to engage with me about a return. 0 stars if possible, fraudulent waste of time.

UPDATE 18 June 2024. I’m updating my review as I’ve since received a full refund from this company. I’ve given them feedback and told them that they need to consider their reputation if they are a genuine business trying to grow.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Like many people on here, I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. Similar story, paid £27 and no goods received, no replies to emails. AVOID at all costs. Ive contacted BBC Watchdog to see if they can showcase this SCAM to avoid many others being caught out.

Placed an order and nothing arrived. Tried chasing and they never responded to emails or phone calls. Now in the process of trying to get my money back via my bank. Fraudsters.
