Having spent a largely uninspiring year looking at possible bathrooms we came to Easy Bathrooms in Peterborough. The team, and Steve in particular, have been so very helpful in every facet, walking us through all the various options until we were completely happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Based on our experience at Peterborough we would highly recommend them.

We saw a modern glazed shower screen (1200 x 800mm) in the showroom and it was exactly what we were looking for. The following week we were able to order it through the Plymouth branch over the phone and the very helpful staff were able to give us more detail about the seals etc (as the seals looked different from the online images), and we were able to ask them to order it into their store, and get it picked up ourselves instead of paying £45 delivery charge. Very, very helpful and pleasant staff to deal with.

Continually refused to agree to replace a damaged item, refusing to comply with the Consumer rights act and attempting to pass blame to the customer for a delivery issue.

Your company has still not followed the law - I accepted the 'gesture of goodwill' purely because it has held up my bathroom renovation for 2 weeks and needed to draw a line under this.

I believe the law states '31 days to 6 months: You must give the seller one chance to repair or replace the item. If that fails, you can usually claim a full refund. The law assumes the fault was there when you bought it unless the seller can prove otherwise.'

I do not believe the seller has proven this but look forward to another reply in which you attempt to justify this.

Editing my review given the response received, which further demonstrates the really poor communication. I was told the reimbursement was processed last week, and here I am told it was this morning (2 weeks after I gave my account details!).

The bathroom installation is now complete, but the communication during the installation and aftercare has been very disappointing. We are still waiting for a reimbursement more than 10 days after providing our account details, and damage to the sink that was installed still hasn’t been repaired or replaced, despite it being over a month since the installation was completed.

Despite repeatedly chasing by email and phone, we have received no firm dates or meaningful updates. The lack of communication and constant need to chase has made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. We haven’t even received an acknowledgement to our emails over the last two weeks, where we’ve asked for an update.

We also had issues with items being missing from our delivery, as well as items needing to be collected due to changes during the installation. Communication around these was very poor, despite us specifically asking for updates in advance.

Luke was extremely helpful and remembered us when we came back weeks later

Lovely tile options at reasonable price

Incredible design capabilities — their team can genuinely create beautiful bathrooms from a blank room to detailed 3D renders. Ends up lovely like the photo. The design stage was impressive and gave us confidence in the final look.

They also offer further discounts if prices reduce, which is a great policy in principle. However, when our price was reduced, an item we specifically wanted was removed from the order without clear communication.

There were a couple of practical issues too:

- Missing materials — Additional vital jackoboards weren’t included in the original quote, so we had to order more later. The lower price wasn’t honoured on the extra boards. We still saved overall, but I would have expected the original price to be maintained.

- Under‑quoted tiles — The tile quantity was underestimated, meaning we had to order more to finish the job. The extra tiles were over £12 per tile higher than the original price, which added unexpected cost.

Despite these issues, I would still recommend Easy Bathrooms. Their design work is excellent and the final result looks fantastic. Just make sure to triple‑check every detail, confirm all items are included, and ensure they’ve quoted for enough materials from the start.

They reached out and promised to sort the issues, never heard back.

Easy Bathrooms Telford were absolutely amazing. In particular Jo - she couldn’t do enough for us. We are absolutely delighted with our en-suite. The quality of everything is fantastic and the customer service has been exceptional. We did have a blip with delivery but this was resolved to our satisfaction - I would definitely arrange delivery a week before your start date. Special mention to Hayden and James who have also been especially helpful with our ongoing queries. Thank you everyone at easy bathrooms Telford. I would definitely recommend and we will go back when we do our main bathroom.

Incorrect bathroom mirror delivered twice

I found the lady I dealt with at the Seacroft store helpful, professional but most of all very knowledgeable about the products.

Ordered tile samples, postage was charged for unlike other companies and the tiles were filthy when they arrived

Great selection of products. Good pricing. Installers did a superb job.
