Missing items on delivery.

Called team to find out where the items are, they said the courier had them in their warehouse, they would be delivered next day. Next day, courier doesnt have the items, they need to be reordered, will be delivered the next day again.

In the meantime I have contractors waiting to work on site but can't start because the items are missing!

I made my initial bathroom selection when there was a 40% reduction in the January sales,but during the period between then and my plumber fitting the bathroom I changed my mind several times,each time Dean in Chesterfield easy bathrooms,and the staff there were patient,helpful and understanding.
My bathroom was delivered on the date stated,the delivery drivers were extremely polite, respectful of my property and careful to ensure no damage was done to my wooden floor where the order was being left
My fitted bathroom is absolutely stunning and I'm extremely happy with it. My plumber who has fitted many bathrooms over the years commented on the quality and the electrician said it looked like a top end bespoke bathroom.
I made a few changes during the fitting process I e. lights etc and Chesterfield staff were helpful and accommodating and understood what I needed. They were happy to answer any queries over the phone too.
I would definitely recommend and some of my friends are already looking!

South Shields branch has become my goto for everything tiling. Nobody else can supply me with what I need for the prices I need them at. Served by Julie yesterday. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed.

The delivery driver opened my front door and frightened my wife who was home alone with a baby,you don’t expect a delivery driver to open your front door

Ordered a bathroom and installation from Tom at the Warrington store. He gave a 5 star plus service. Great guy really helpful. Can't praise enough.

Onto the next stage after they have your deposit. Surveyor supposed to be contacting me, heard absolutely nothing. Contacted support numerous times nothing. Emailed Tom at the Warrington store nothing.

I also opened a trade account and the order is not showing on the account. Emailed support you guessed it nothing.

Once they have your deposit communication stops absolutely appalling does not bode well for supply and installation.

Wish I had not bothered with them now.

Because I have no trade account refferal number yet, I have just reffered a potential customer elsewhere.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND EASY BATHROOMS DO NOT COMMUNICATE.

Choosing a new bathroom can be a headache especially when there is so much choice around but with the help of the wonderful team in Oxford, we managed to get things together!
Nothing was too much for John, William and Ben who were so patient and advised us so well without being pushy.
Thank for our very positive experience.

Emma looked after us really well & came up with excellent design options based on the products we had viewed in the showroom.
The service was both professional and friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Easy Bathrooms. I placed my order over three months ago and paid in full upfront, but the process since then has been extremely frustrating. There have been repeated delays, incorrect items supplied, and a complete lack of reliable timelines.

My bathroom has been ready for over a month, yet I’ve been unable to use it because the key item still hasn’t been delivered. This has not only caused inconvenience but also additional costs, as I’ve had to pay my builder to return and complete the work.

While the customer service team has been polite, the overall handling of the situation has been poor, and the compensation offered does not reflect the level of disruption and stress caused. Relying on supplier delays without providing a proper solution or commitment is not acceptable when customers have already paid in full.

Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms based on my experience.

Every thing turned up no damage.The planning team were brilliant.

The showroom is beautifully set up. Staff don't bother you whilst you look around. Paige designed my bathroom and worked with me swapping and changing some bits. She is very professional, polite and helpful.
Ma Installations Ltd installed the bathroom. Rob and Callum are brilliant. They are friendly, professional and care about their customers. Easy Bathrooms and Ma Installations have given me my dream bathroom without having to worry. I would definitely recommend them.

Really easy to order and was able to collect from the store on a day of choice. We couldn’t get anything quite like them in Spain where they’re now installed and look fabulous.

Sold bathroom suite which doesn't match(brushed gold Fittings) with sink chrome overflow.
Toilet cistern flush leaking, video requested and sent.
Still no updates on replacement part

Sophie at the Leeds Seacroft branch was very helpful and brilliant helping me choose 3 bathrooms, en-suite, main bathroom and wc room. Amazing work, 5 stars ✨

Cannot thank the staff in branch enough but as for the customers from head office is a shamebles so no i would not order again from here yes I appreciate you get 30days to return damages but in the real world bathroom are not always installed this quickly and delivery's arrive long before the delivery i had the item sat in my lounge for a while before fitting to then open the bath panel and find a section damaged they have just walked away saying thats my problem after spending 4.5k so now I have to go through the bank i try collect the funds from the card so I would avoid at all costs unless your ready to have the installation done not a great company
