I had a fantastic experience with Easy Bathrooms, Ipswich. Both Nathan & Richard were incredibly helpful and the process from purchase to installation was seamless. I would highly recommend their products and service.

Cannot fault the staff in the showroom at Blackburn they were great especially Phil and a great help through the pain of trying to deal with the technical team in Wakefield, who were rude, didn’t want to listen, basically called my husband and our builder liars. The main issue being being sold products that were incompatible (cistern and wc). It took 4 weeks to resolve, and we’re still not 100% happy but we needed a functioning toilet due to having an elderly parent coming to stay with us. Also advised that parts would be interchangeable ( cistern button) but again not true. It has cost us more money in our builders costings with all the messing around he has had to do. A complaint is forthcoming.

Very helpful staff

The staff at Easy Bathrooms have been extremely helpful throughout our process of buying a new bathroom. We made a few visits before deciding what we wanted- they were helpful without being pushy.
Following our order, the communication with us was excellent.
There was also an amazing choice - something for everyone.

The guy serving us when we placed our order showed a lack of interest and we were never told that you could not return tiles. I went to return a full, unopened box of tiles to be told that it is in terms and conditions that these cannot be returned. This was never communicated to us at any point in our purchase or upon collection of our order. Very disappointing

Wonderful choice of everything bathroom related and fantastic staff - shout out especially to Lexi & Rich for their valuable advice and patience while we decided.

Superb service from the guys in Birkenhead, really knowledgeable and understood my needs exactly, items ordered and in stock exactly when they said and excellent communications through out , would highly recommend

The manager Dawn Jay is very unhelpful, passing the responsibility to the owner to deal with the installer who was recommended by them. The installer doesn't know how to install the toilet seat, water tap, sealant and storage door.

Dawn expect the buyer to bare the additional cost to resolve the snagging item ‼️

Firstly I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Matt and his team at Hedge End as you guys have truly been fantastic throughout this experience. We have had a number of issues with our installations which were nothing to do with Easy Bathrooms and each time, Matt or Brendan have been there to help me get whatever has been needed. The quality of the products is superb and the first of my three bathrooms look fabulous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt, Hedge End and Easy Bathrooms. Thank you.

Very patient customer service. Professional advice and good prices. I found tiles that I really liked. Fast turnaround. Good communication. A very positive experience overall. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again.

Not really given any advice on design. Not clear on what was included or excluded. Didn’t feel like customer was first. Installation cost was extortionate and assumed work needed.

Staff are friendly, good at their jobs and always ready to help.

Worst posible experience. Installer low quality of work. When challenged by 'Area Manager' installer walked off site in a temper, while our water was off, never to be seen again. 'Area Manager' arranged elite troubleshooter installer. Not a lot better. Shower floods bathroom when used. 'Area Manager' now not calling when promised, my calls to him go to voicemail. Bunch of clowns. Avoid.

The worst possible experience. Installer did terrible job. When politely challenged by 'Area Manager', walked off site, leaving our water off, never to be seen again. 'Elite troubleshooter' arrived to sort things. Shower now floods bathroom. 'Area Manager' promised to call me to update me. Didn't. I now go straight to his voicemail. Terrible company, complete bunch of clowns. Avoid like cholera.

Lovely staff

We went in with a few ideas for two full bathroom renovations. Karen was fantastic start to finish, helped us decide what we wanted and then told us what we needed for it to function, came out herself to measure both bathrooms. Designed both bathrooms in store. We placed the order in January and they happily held it all for us until we were ready for it at the end of March. Delivery was smooth and on time, they don’t bring it up the stairs and we live in a third floor apartment with no lift, but we were well informed of this before hand. Upon installation, we had a few problems which resulted in things having to go back and be swapped (mostly size of incompatibility and not issues with the actual product). I messaged and called Karen directly, who dealt answered every time to help us. The returns were done with absolutely no trouble or questions asked. A couple of the installation products (such as connectors) weren’t the best quality, so our independent fitters went out and sourced their own, more sturdy ones but this was fairly cheap. Overall, great experience in store, would recommend Karen to anyone in a heart beat, products are brilliant at surface level, haven’t used them yet to know how good they are long term but I’m sure they’ll be fine! Can’t comment on installation or tiles as we didn’t purchase from here but our in store experience and customer service was second to none!

The range on show at Easy Bathrooms Petersfield is outstanding, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. We opted for the convenience of their design and installation service which improved on our original plans for a new cloakroom. Most importantly, the firm and their Installers offered an end-to-end service, which took away the worry of coordinating different trades, was fully insured and guaranteed. One component that had been damaged in transit and a valve that was faulty were replaced without question or delay. Some other items in the comprehensive kit that was delivered proved unnecessary and a refund was given on return. Yes, you could probably shop around and source your own tradesmen and save money, but, if you just want to enjoy your new bathroom, why not choose an “easy” life?

Terrible customer service. I spent over £5000 with this retailer, including the radiator and valves to go with it. The valves were a totally different colour to the radiator. The radiator was a copper type of colour and the valves a more brown type of brass colour but I didn't check the valves as I assumed they would match as I brought both from them. When my bathroom fitter opened the item the colour difference was too obvious so I tried to return the valves (unused still wrapped in original packaging) 3 months after I purchased them. The store took pictures and said it would pass it onto customer service who would contact me. They did and I was told no refund or exchange. Out of principle I wouldn't use this retailer again. For the sake of £30 they have lost thousands in business as I'm now doing up my other bathroom. Don't be naive like me and assume that just because the retailer is selling you the items that they will match. I had a similar issue with modern living direct and they exchanged the items for me with no hassle. You only really know a company when you have an issue and this company failed me.
