We couldn't have completed our major renovation work of three bathroom/shower rooms plus two toilets without the professional advice from the Easy Bathrooms team. The entire planning process was made easy by the friendly and experienced Oxford team from the initial measuring stage to the final fitting suggestions. They had patiently answered all my questions. Regarding a bathroom install everything was fitted fine then the gold radiator started to peel on the top bar which wasn’t there after install have contacted easy bathrooms which there reply was it must have bin done during installation which is nonsense as I have pictures when it was finished and wasn’t there then ? They are refusing to replace it and with havin all my bathroom materials off them I may look elsewhere as I have 5/6 bathrooms booked in and don’t want problems in the future

I purchased a defective bathroom vanity unit from Easy Bathrooms. A crack appeared in the top of the middle of the bottom drawer a short while ago. After being notified of the defect, Easy Bathrooms responded by sending me an order for the purchase of a replacement part without my authority to do so! I have already provided a review on Trustpilot relating to this matter. I have reported the matter to Trading Standards, as it may amount to improper and misleading trading practice.
In respect of the defective drawer, Easy Bathrooms have sent me a number of standard letters, which clearly do not specifically relate to the bathroom unit! They claim that the crack has been caused by water penetrating a joint or joints or the seams and edges of the plastic surface of the unit. They allege that I am at fault because I should have wiped splashes of water off the surface because the unit is neither waterproof, nor fully and properly water resistant! I wasn't told this before purchasing the unit. I have asked them to explain precisely how water could have penetrated the unit and cause the crack, as there are no joints anywhere near the crack, and the plastic surface has no seams or edges, as it comprises an entirely uniform and unbroken plastic surface. My wife and I use the unit in a typical and normal way. Moreover, the crack in the top of the middle of the bottom drawer is not consistent with water ingress. Typically, water penetration would cause the materials from which the unit is made to swell, lose their shape, and become discoloured, not crack. Easy Bathrooms appear to have accepted this, as they have stated in one of their emails to me that water ingress can cause '....swelling, warping, or surface deterioration'! Despite this, they refuse to settle my claim. This is also evidence of the fact they have not considered this matter fully and properly, but have simply sent me standard letters without thinking carefully about what they are saying!
Easy Bathrooms response has been both disingenuous and unprofessional. It is clear that the bottom drawer of the unit is defective, and they are liable to replace the defective drawer under the manufacturer's guarantee and provide compensation under the Consumer Rights Regulations 2015. I have also asked them for a copy of the guarantee, but they have refused or failed to send me a copy. They are now refusing to answer my emails, so I have sent them a formal letter of claim in accordance with the Civil Procedure pre action protocol.
I would strongly suggest not using Easy Bathrooms. They seem to have a policy of not accepting responsibility for selling defective products, and to avoid liability, they have sent me misleading and inaccurate responses, presumably to deter me from pursuing any claim.

There is a good range of products and we were able to buy the things we needed to fit with products we already had. The staff facilitated this with out issue!

I was all in a dither about what I actually wanted. Tanya from the Orpington branch took control and sorted everything out for me. She was ever so patient and certainly knew her stuff when it came to the products. Very fast delivery as well. Everything went ever so smoothly. Fantastic service as always by the team at Easy Bathrooms, Jack, Steve, Mark & Venus are all very helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure your designs, orders and delivery go as smooth as possible. If there are any problems with any issues at all they will always deal with them promptly. I have been supplying customers with Easy Bathrooms products to my customers for over 7 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended for customer service and product quality at a great price.

Great service, Maurice at the Holbeck Store couldn’t do enough for us, very knowledgeable and friendly he’s a great credit to your company. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful too. Products- love everything I purchased. Excellent quality. Very pleased with everything would highly recommend.

Communication is great up until you buy from easy bathrooms but as soon as the payment goes through, communication stops. Arranged a delivery date a week before our plumber was due to start, all came apart from the bath. I then had to call them to ask where it was and was informed as it was a ‘special order’ it was going to be later delivery. I was told it would 3 days later on the Saturday. Saturday came and again no communication of delivery time so I had to call them. I was informed that it wasn’t going to be delivered until the following Wednesday meaning the bathroom couldn’t be fitted when we had planned. I was told to contact customer services but unable to get hold of anyone.
Such poor communication and lack of commitment from the company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I purchased a bathroom suite less than six months ago, and I’m already experiencing multiple issues. The furniture is coming loose, which is very concerning given how recently it was installed, and the extractor fan has stopped working entirely.

I contacted customer service hoping for support, but the experience was disappointing. The team did not properly discuss the issues with me and went ahead and ordered a replacement part without my consent or agreement on the next steps. This lack of communication made an already frustrating situation worse.
The fan is still not working and there is now mould on the bathroom ceiling.

Given the short time frame and the problems encountered, I expected much better quality and service. I would not recommend based on my experience.”
