We really love the colours we won’t go…
We really love the colours we won’t go anywhere else. Shipping is fast even up here in the north of Scotland, emails are prompt. I’ve no idea how Maria manages to keep on top of everything. We are both in the Facebook group which has helped us on our journey, mainly the search bar we are hiders! Hopefully we will get more confident and be able to interact properly with the group.
If you’re in any doubt about the products join the group and you will see how amazing the products are and the search bar you can find almost all the answers you need.

Amazing service! Website easy to use and good directions for each product which is great for a newbie trying to decide what products to buy.
Fast delivery, tracking ref provided so I knew when to expect delivery. Overall just a great experience and will definitely purchase from EZC again!

Buyer Beware!!!
Beware of the complete lack of customer service.
Wish I had read some of the other 1star reviews on here before I ordered.
If something goes wrong prepare to be blamed and called ignorant by their staff.
All I wanted to know was why an item in my order had not arrived and when my refund would be processed.
BUYER BEWARE!

You have removed your original review and replaced with a more tame one. We still have exactly what you said on your previous review and can see why you deleted it. Here it is... ''I would give them less stars if it was possible! I placed an order for three items and only two arrived. The invoice had one of the items circled stating 'refund'. I checked my PayPal and no refund had been processed. I simply asked if they could explain why my item had not been dispatched and where my refund was. The responses I received where abhorrent and downright rude. This is a snip-it of one of their response: ' I have nothing to apologise for and certainly dont apologise to someone so arrogant and ignorant ' Who speaks to a customer with a complaint this way? I fully expect them to add an abusive response to this post. Buyer beware!!!!!! UPDATE As predicted still no apology for their error and instead a rant. Any sane person reading their response will see a complete lack of empathy or even a minimum level of customer service. Instead further personal attacks!!!''
You were advised that no one could check for you today so you bombarded us with emails and messages that were in all honest very nasty. No one was abusive to you, but you were abusive to us.
We are big believers that providing great customer service is paramount, but we will not allow that type of behaviour against our staff. As you were told this morning, today there is no one in the office, so it will be checked tomorrow.

This is my absolute go to place for quality ingredients, outstanding cosmetic colours and a 10* customer service. The owner is an absolute pleasure to communicate with along with her staff. They go above and beyond for customers and are always on hand to help no matter how small the question. I have shopped with eazycolours for nearly a year now and have had nothing but great experiences with every order even throughout a global pandemic. Thank you eazycolours!! X

I would actually give this no stars if possible..
I would actually give this no stars if I could, very rude customer service! First time placed an order, which was confirmed and apparently delivered. Asked for help, as the parcel was actually never delivered. They blamed Royal Mail basically and refused to help. My hard earned money wasted, I am more disappointed than anything as companies normally help their consumers but definitely not this one! PLEASE BE WARY OF ORDERING.

According to the courier the parcel was delivered. No refund or replacement is sent on a parcel stated as delivered. You were dealt with professionally and accurately, yet you were abusive and nasty towards our customer service rep. When asked if you had checked with neighbours you again became abusive and accused us of treating you like an idiot. We have all the emails to prove it should you wish it to be placed on here! Thankfully, most customers are very nice people and problems are dealt with amicably. Unfortunately, not everyione is nice.
The ONLY company to deal with!
Every single order with Eazycolours has been simple, stress free, and delivered before I can blink!.
On the few occasions, I've asked questions (mainly due to stupidity on my part!) Maria has been so warm and helpful I could not have asked for anything else.
I've dealt with a few different companies in the past, but for both quality of products, and service, It's only Eazycolours for me now!
