Stephens Promise

Almost a year ago to the day we contacted ECC to terminate an RCI contract we had . Stephen took control of our case and promised us that we would be timeshare free and true to his word this has happened. Many thanks to Stephen and the team .

This place gets things done - and quickly! Our contact Steven was incredibly organised, and very confident that we would reach a satisfactory conclusion within a week of us starting the process. He sent all the information and materials we needed to process our cancellation within minutes of our first conversation, and walked me through every step of the way.
Imagine my joy when we got finalisation of our membership cancellation within less than 48 hours! I don't know what magic he uses, but this man is incredible! I'm absolutely delighted, and couldn't recommend the company more!

The whole Timeshare experience is…a lesson in patience!!

The whole Timeshare experience is something to be avoided, BUT, the trick is to get out of it!!!
For that you need a whole lot of patience and trust that the experts know what they are talking about and exactly what they are doing!! Steven had both, many a time he reassured me everything was going to plan, yes my patience did waiver, but I knew I could make contact and be back on track. USA timeshare get outs can take time, ours has taken 2 years, but the end is in sight!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your assistance.

Stephen delivered !

This review is based only on our experience with Stephen, who has been the only person to finally deliver the result we needed.

The initial confidence from EEC in encouraging us to make a claim did not come to fruition, and we were reliant on Stephen’s expertise in his area to give us a ‘time share free’ future.

Excellent service

Very professional service. I felt supported throughout - every time I contacted them I got a response within the day reassuring me that I was on the right track and to keep persevering. I started the process in October 2023 and had not realised how long it would take so did get concerned at times.

Gets results..as promised.

After years of paying maintenance fees for a 'share ownership' property, that was never used (mainly because the exchange system is so broken, there is little opportunity to make a preferred change without several years' notice), I'd had enough.

I did some research, spotted ECC, thought it was worth a whirl.

Alby and Michael took me through the initial stages, then handed me over to Steven to extract me from the timeshare albatross.

Legend! Did exactly what he said he would do - email received today, confirming that I have now relinquished the property and all legal liability past and future. Result...and it landed on my birthday 🎈

Huge thanks to Steven and the team.

Finally out of our timeshare contract

It's taken 13 long months to finally get out of our unlimited vacation club contract, Steven has helped along the way, letting us know correct wording on all replies, the process has been frustrating, but Steven has helped all the way along

Now for the next stage trying to get some of our money back, I'm sure Steven will work as hard hopefully won't take as long, but unlimited vacation club are know to be slow to reply to emails or complete any action needed

Goodbye to the condo contract!!!

Steve John helped us exit a frustrating condo contract, and we’re very thankful for his support throughout the process.

The condo owners were not responding to emails, which caused delays and a lot of stress. However, Steve remained professional, patient, and persistent. Today I've found out that finally the contract has been terminated! Incredible news, thanks Steve!

It did take longer than we hoped, but that was mostly due to the condo side. In the end, we got the result we needed, and we’re relieved to be free from that commitment.

If you’re stuck in a similar situation, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call. They know what they’re doing!
