Eccelentia Travel Avis

We recently completed an incredible 31-day journey across South America, travelling through Argentina, Chile, and Brazil, and I cannot recommend Eccelentia Travel highly enough. From start to finish, every detail of the trip was executed flawlessly.

What truly made the experience exceptional was working with Emily. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with — professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and always on hand whenever we needed assistance or advice. No request ever felt too much trouble, and her communication throughout the planning process and during the trip itself was outstanding. Having someone so reliable overseeing such a complex itinerary gave us complete peace of mind.

The standard of hotels selected throughout the trip was exceptional, ranging from beautiful boutique properties to world-class luxury hotels, all perfectly suited to each destination and experience. Every transfer, excursion, and travel booking ran seamlessly across the entire 31 days, which is no small achievement considering the scale of the journey.

Thanks to Emily and the team at Eccelentia Travel, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment of what became a truly unforgettable South American adventure. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and personal service are second to none.

We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class travel experience.

A huge thank you to Eccelentia Travel for making our entire experience so smooth.
Liz & Emily went above and beyond to plan the perfect trip for our Dubai vacation. They provided the best hotel options, organised our flights, and even made it possible to arrange last minute restaurant reservations at places that were fully booked. Every part of the trip was made incredibly easy and stress-free for us, thank you so much!!

I reached out to Eccelentia travel thanks to a recommendation from a friend, to help with planning a holiday to St Tropez. The whole process was seamless, really lovely team and they found me the most perfect hotel! They also helped plan my time there and everything was just amazing. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next trip!

Emily has been nothing short of amazing when booking our holidays. We have trusted her many times to book our family and couple holidays/weekend breaks and she has always gone above and beyond expectations. As a busy mum, I don’t have to think about anything because she takes the stress out of all the planning and logistics. She has an excellent relationship with her suppliers/companies she works with which comes back to the client as we have always been looked after so well anywhere she has booked for us. The little details and personal touches that Eccelentia holidays always deliver are worth everything as it adds that element of luxury and trust knowing you’re going to be well looked after by the best! We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Recently booked a trip to the Alps with Eccelentia travel and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly responsive and helpful making it such a seamless experience.

They helped me plan a fantastic trip to Val d’isere, recommending the best areas to stay and the most fabulous restaurants. What really impressed me was how they worked around my budget without compromising on quality. They made sure everything was perfectly aligned with what I wanted. I really appreciated their attention to detail, the seamless booking process, and the knowledge they brought to the table.

If you’re looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about crafting the perfect experience…Eccelentia is the one!

I booked a holiday to Crete in 2023 with Emily, we stayed at the Lux me white palace. It was a pleasure dealing with Emily from start to finish, she was very accommodating to our needs and prompt with the search! Emily sent us lots of different options, all displayed in a stunning PDF email with everything we needed to know on there, making our decision very easy! I would highly recommend Eccelentia travel to anyone who needs a little guidence when booking their next trip! Thanks Emily!
