I make a purchase from this store every month religiously and to be fair I’ve never encountered any issues until this order. this time my order arrived with around £30 worth of items missing, packaged delivered damage evidence is clear from pictures provided by Royal Mail. You’d think the solution would be very straightforward.

I’ve contacted customer service by email on several occasions, but after a week there has still been no resolution. They advertise a 24 hour response time, but this has certainly not been my experience and sets unrealistic expectations to buying customers.

I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service. The communication has been poor throughout, and the lack of response has been frustrating.

I will wait for a response before I escalate it further.

I wish there was a zero star because this company would deserve it. I ordered on 11th of the month and paid 5.99 for the next day delivery. On the 13th I emailed saying I hadn't received my order. No communication from them at all. On the 16th I received an email saying that my order had been refunded in full but with no explanation as to why they didn't fulfil my order. As of today the 22nd my bank still hasn't received the refund. Be aware of this company, they are not to be trusted. I certainly will not use them again.

placed an order with them, order hadn’t arrived so i sent an email to them, got told that a batch of their shipments had been seized but they should be released and delivered soon, another week went by, told to keep my patience and that it should be delivered soon. another week go by, i send them another email, no response. head over to their website and am faced with a banner saying that they’ve gone on holiday until the 31st december so won’t be replying to any emails. no refund either. shame as i’ve used this company before and they’ve been good.

Total scammers. Stay well away. Take your money through shopify and you don't receive anything.

My order was stated at 2 to 3 days delivery with no sign of it after 7 days and no communication. They dont reply to my emails. What a poor company.

I had 2 orders which was never shipped. The seller won't reply to my email and eBay had to step in.
Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars, just terrible shop to deal with!

I Have sent numerous emails and had no response to any of them. SHOCKING COMPANY - DO NOT USE

I placed an order, received a message to advise of my delivery, 1 week later my items still haven’t arrived.
They said they would resend my order but this didn’t happen.
The communication from this company is diabolical, the phone number just goes straight to voicemail and 5 emails later, still no reply.

Do not use - customer service team clearly manage more than one website and are not able to help with enquiries without an order number and the name of the website you ordered from. I just phoned to ask a simple question regarding stock, the company was unable to help and barely understood what I was asking.
