Swift clean and hardworking staff made the transition from old to new boiler a pleasant experience.A pleasure to do business with this company.cannot praise them more highly.

Excellent service, the workman were professional, helpful, hard working and went out of their way.

My initial enquiry was followed up quickly, courteously and without pressure.
The only aspect with which we were unhappy was the survey that required intrusion into every room, movement of furniture and curtains, hundreds of photographs etc and took over 3 hours. Doors and windows were left open and we froze while he was here, pleasant enough chap but.....
When it came to having the work done we had a very personal visit from a senior engineer who explained what should and could be done, he came back to lead the team that completed the installation in 3 days, a new boiler, new pressurised system, and 23 radiators working together for the first time in over 40 years!

I had a fantastic experience the customer service team were fantastic in particular Samiya who was always very helpful.

The installation team worked very hard and were polite and considerate.

I would recommend to anyone looking

The team turned up promptly. Job was bigger than anticipated but they stayed until very late in the evening to ensure we weren't disrupted the following day and could go to bed with heating and hot water. Polite and courteous throughout and checked in to ensure I was ok. The guys worked hard all day and communication with the team in the office was good - checked in before and after installation to make sure everything was ok. Very pleased with the new boiler.

The whole experience was super quick and amazing! All staff was very polite, Samia constantly guided me throughout the process to help get our new boiler fitted in as quickly as possible. The engineers arrived promptly on the scheduled day and everything went through smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this team to family and friends

Eco boiler team survey a couple off week ago my property & after approval off planning they’re starting work with internal wall insulation the team off insulation such a nice & great they done a wonderful job in his time limit all guys are very helpful & friendly the done all the insulation job very nice the team leader mr Asad Ullah such a great guy he done his all commitments what he told us & I am happy with his team I am recommending that people are using his services thanks especially mr Asad Ullah & insulation & boiler team

I was pressurised by Dean Foster to leave a good review, but this is the real truth. Dean Foster is a racist, unprofessional amd a nasty piece of work.

As an update, I would like to say ,that eco boiler grants were superb in correcting the faulty workmanship promptly and professionally . My complaints was acted upon professionally by the inspection offer ( Abdul rohail Haseeb) and the back office support was first class. it's a shame that this company ECO BOILER GRANTS reputation was spoiled by the contractor. I have no hesitation in recommending ECO BOILER GRANTS to my friend who might qualify for the new boiler.

The ECO4 team arrived promptly and worked hard all day until 8.00 p.m. They installed a new boiler and insulated the loft. All the work was done to a high standard, the workers were pleasant and polite and they cleared up their mess. Office staff telephoned us during the day to make sure everything was going to plan. Would highly recommend this company.

I would like to express my gratitude to the customer service support you have been nothing less than amazing dealing with our case and to the team who came to install the boiler. Evrything was smooth, fast and many efforts from everyone. I am hoping I will not have to call for any further support, but if I do - I am confident that teams will handle my situation efficient and with respect.

Kind fast efficient service.
We had someone come and do a thorough survey on the reposession property we had just bought. The team got into contact, to let us know that we were eligible but we had to make the property habitable by installing flooring throughout.
They remained in contact during this time answering many questions that i had promptly.
As soon as we were ready they got us booked in very quickly for the installation.
Day one we had two guys come that were polite and got on with installing vents and prep for the next day.
Day two, 3 guys came that installed central heating for us! 6 radiators and a brand new boiler. The guys were also kind and respectful considering i had my children at home. They worked quickly getting the job done by the end of the day.
Very happy and greatful for everyone involved, thank you.

I had a boiler fitted by ECHO BOILERS around 18 months ago. The installation was poorly done and not fit for purpose.

Recently, the company contacted me saying they needed to carry out a survey to review the quality of the original work. I agreed, and the survey was carried out two weeks ago. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact them for an update, but they are now ignoring my calls and not responding at all.

This is extremely unprofessional, and it confirms my concerns about their workmanship and customer service. Stay away from this company at all costs.

As they continue to ignore me, I am now preparing to escalate this matter to the Gas Safe Register, the Energy Ombudsman, and Trading Standards.

The team of Workmen did a very god job installing the new boiler and were very respectful of my property, same with the loft insulation, they tieded up before they left, and all my telephone conversation with customer cares Samiya Manzoor was exceptional, she explained everything in detail and phoned after the job was completed to see if everything was working okay. Great team would highly recommend

Engineer is a great man works done great, tidy worker good clear explanation how’s to work the boiler. Had no hot water or heating now working perfect excellent workmanship. Office was very helpful no complaints.

Boiler fitting went OK but instructions how to use not clear. Awaiting instruction booklet. Fitter came out quickly when I had problems initially

After a difficult start with problems on where to position the boiler and a debate on the best position we jointly decided on which was best for us and the lads worked very hard and long hours to do a very difficult job to our satisfaction very pleased with the outcome and service
