Either this company is a scam or somebody is impersonating the, constantly calling me from different numbers saying they had a missed call from me

Every thing from start to finish was easy and the whole team were thorough and clear to reassure me of the process and installation! They also followed up for our satisfaction a week later, easy.

Guys we’re really friendly and talked me through everything they were going to do, kept the work area as tidy as they could (having a boiler fitted in the middle of winter isn’t the cleanest job) we’re really good with the aftercare after we had a couple of hiccups with the new boiler (not there fault it was my old pipes connecting to radiators) but helped where they could

Arrived on time 12hour shift never took break when finished they tested and explained how to operate system I had a leek in pipe under sink nothing to do with system they traced and replaced faulty pipe

I had a boiler fitted last year by this company. The people who fitted the boiler fitted breeze blocks to the outside of the boiler when it should of been bricked back up with matching brick. They left a water pipe leaking under the bath and the whole ceiling collapsed w week after the installation. Now im getting phone calls from them asking me if they can inspect the work that they fitted. I asked why and they have now told me that the installation wasnt fitted correctley.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Super efficient, great communication and excellent engineers who did a brilliant job for my elderly mother. Highly recommended.

Extremely Poor Service – Unsafe Installation, No Accountability.

I’ve had a very troubling experience with Eco Boiler Grants and feel compelled to warn others.

On Wednesday, a Worcester Bosch engineer came to service my new boiler, that they had fitted, and investigate a persistent screeching noise. He condemned the installation carried out by Eco Boiler Grants, citing the use of incorrect pipe sizes leading to inadequate pressure. He also suspected a gas pipe blockage that should have been addressed during installation. Due to the potential danger, he has now shut off my entire gas supply.

I now have no heating, no hot water, and no way to cook. Despite the urgency, communication with Eco Boiler Grants has been appalling. Phone calls are often unanswered, and emails receive no response.

When I did manage to get through, the call was hard to hear, with constant background noise. The person on the line spoke extremely fast and with such a strong accent that it was nearly impossible to understand. I repeatedly asked her to slow down and repeat herself, but she didn’t.

They promised to send a service engineer on Friday. I took time off work and waited in all afternoon. Eventually, I received a call at 1:30pm—only to be told the engineer couldn’t do the job and might be available sometime next week. Since then, there has been complete silence.

This isn’t the first issue. During the original installation, their communication was poor. They drilled an unnecessary hole in my kitchen worktop, ruining the surface, and replaced my fully functional radiator thermostats with light-sensitive ones that are impossible to control properly. One fell off and won’t stay on. They promised to come back to fix it but never did. They also took away my original thermostats without permission.

I am now left in an unsafe and unliveable situation, with no clear resolution in sight. The workmanship has been shoddy, the customer care is non-existent, and the overall handling of the situation has been completely irresponsible.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, hard to communicate with, and show no concern for the well-being or safety of their customers.

This company have performed miracles in my home and acted with professionalism and friendliness. I couldn’t be happier with the end results. The workmen were friendly and explained everything thoroughly and worked tirelessly to give me the end results. Thank you so much for your hard work.
