ECO boiler grants based in Oldham installed a new combi boiler before Christmas under a government backed scheme, The installation was completed but there were several faults. I had to make many calls to the complaints team even after an engineer came to inspect the work done, submitted a report and took copious photos evidencing the poor standard of work. I am pleased to say that ECO Boilers have resolved all the faults to a high standard. I believe this was not up to the usual high level of service the company works to, and I would be happy ro recommend them to my family and friends.

Extremely unprofessional. Before they started the guy took out the Google card you need to scan to give a review. Due to it not being anonymous I obviously scored them high. He asked extremely personal questions and left a trainee to do all the measurements without overseeing. Because my parents own the property, he asked me to FORGE my mum's signature 3 times, which I felt extremely uncomfortable with.

Great service, the boys Bobby, Connor and Dan were good, helpful and respectful and demonstrated how to use the new boiler and they ensured my property was clean and tidy after the work and would 100% recommend the scheme to others

Sean and his gang were excellent at my property put plastic covering and dust sheets everywhere and left no mess. High quality work left here. Really happy with the work. Thank you

Fantastic job done by Munaf Ali, had loft insulation and extractor fans put in the kitchen and bathroom, Munaf and his work partner never stopped, they were so clean and tidy, thank you so much, 5* from me

Poor communication after the survey was done I was told we were eligible and then had nothing from them.
after chasing this and cancelling original person to fit because they told us too cancel him.
Back to square one to look for someone to fit new boiler, no call or email to tell us anything.

I showed the surveyor and he said it was all ok, and then we heard nothing, not even a call to tell us what you’ve just replied. Like I said poor communication and doesn’t give you the right to disregard like you have just. A simple call to tell us would have been appreciated.

Loft insulation guys munafali were very good and quick, managed to do fans in bathroom and kitchen too, cleaned after too , thank you

Recently had a new boiler fitted on a boiler grant, Bobby and his team came from Combi Choice Ltd and I must say they were very efficient, they covered all their working areas to make sure there was minimal upheaval, everything was explained to me and contact details were left should I have any problems. would highly recommend

Unrealistic information requested.
The door to door salesman came across as a fraudster. Firstly, there was no lanyard to show he worked for the company, I answerer the questions on how old my boiler was but that wasn't enough he wanted to come in the house and have a look for himself. I let him come in and he just glanced at it and said yes fine. Didn't inspect it or anything but now I couldn't get him back outside. He couldn't tell me what I needed to qualify for the ECO4 even though I told him I don't qualify, he said honestly let them worry about that once I have all your details I will go away and sort it. Then he continued to push for all data including date of birth. I have read enough to know that fraudsters get data in this way then apply for loans etc. So thought I would warn people that this could be happening here. If it is genuine then a better approach is required

Sean from Combi choice Ltd and his crew came to fit a new boiler. I was concerned as prior to this there were Mickey Mouse that wanted to come and change my position of the boiler and also rearrange the flue positioning. Luckily I was able to stand firm and say no as I already had an airing cupboard so why change apparently it is cheaper if the flue goes sideways. Considering the government grant forks out a hell of a lot for these free boilers you would assume that there were strict guidelines for these companies to do the work properly and correctly. At last I Found Sean and his company completely legit with all credentials and certifications, he was fab said no need to rearrange the house. Things will be done as what is already there. The men came very efficiently and effective sorted everything out and I feel very lucky that I was not one those that was let with Mickey Mouse builders.

Turned up on time and did a great job, lot of extra work for them due to complications but they cracked on without any worries. Boiler is keeping us nice and warm ;)

1st class service from the first call excellent communication ,polite and understanding , explaining everything twice as parents slightly deaf and as mums on chemo so everyone had to wear masks which everyone did , from the gentleman who surveyed property first was very polite and understanding even when had to explained everything in detail so mum and dad could understand, on the day the guys turned up early very polite friendly and professional after installing the boiler they left the property spotless. I highly recommend these guys as their work was fantastic.

Communication from the initial phone call to the installation was excellent. I requested a visit from an engineer to explain the process as it required the removal of a back boiler to the installation of a Worcester Combi Greenstar 4000. This was done within a few days. The workmen, two engineers and an apprentice arrived on the set date and time. It took a full days work. The back boiler was removed by one of the engineers without any problems. He also flushed the system and fitted the radiator thermostat controls. Installation of the Combi required a complete change of pipework and also positioning of an outside flue. This was done by the other engineer. They communicated well with each other throughout the day. The apprentice was helpful and appeared to be a quick learner considering he had only started the week before. I was left with an explanation of how the boiler worked as well as a very quick explanation on how to operate the Programmable Room Thermostat. This does require reading the instructions as it is not straight forward ! I found how to operate it by a demonstration on You Tube. It is the ESRTP4RF+....well worth watching it. I've also had a follow up call to ask if I had any questions. I recommend Ecoboilergrants as a very good company.

Very professional tidy job they had to do work then expected dew to how old my original system was but worked very hard all day to get the job done for me I was very greatful to them good people would definitely recommend them
