"I am updating my previous review to reflect the progress made in resolving the initial issues with the boiler installation.
While there were problems with the initial installation, mainly a voided warranty due to the system not being flushed, I commend the contractor for their persistence in addressing these issues. After several visits, the problems with the radiators have been resolved.
However, I believe it's essential to highlight the importance of proper installation procedures. Ecoboilergrants should ensure that they provide the contractors with clear guidance and emphasize to them to fulfill promises they make with the end user, and to strictly follow manufacturer guidelines to avoid such issues in the first place. A thorough system flush is crucial for the longevity of the boiler and should be a standard procedure.
I encourage potential customers to consider Ecoboilergrants for the EC04 scheme but strongly advise them to closely monitor the installation process and ensure all recommended guidelines are adhered to.

Munaf and guys worked non stop and did a very good job

Munaf & the lads did a very good job. They arrived early, explained what they were going to do. Covered my carpet with a protective sheet, helped empty the loft before installing the loft insolation. He installed the window vents. They helped cleaned up the mess. Overall, I am impressed with the service Munaf & the lads offered.

Tried calling their complaint line but it wasn’t running.

This morning we expected our loft insulation to be done but my husband had to call around 10 in the morning to find out they weren’t coming until after 11. We had been given no prior information about when they’d be arriving and had to chase for updates.

I’ve just gotten off the phone with my husband and he is very dissatisfied with the service that was provided. Insulation poorly fitted and objects badly moved out of the way and not returned to their proper place.

Very concerned about the boiler being fitted tomorrow. Will keep trying to get hold of the company to check quality assurance.

The whole experience was brilliant. From the date of the survey it was a week and our free new boiler was fitted. The guys who fitted it worked none stop and told us everything that we needed to know. Can't thank you guys enough. This will make a massive difference to us. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the boiler, excellent service throughout the guys that fit the boiler were very friendly and hard workers, I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of workmanship was exceptional. The installation was neat, and the pipes were arranged meticulously. They paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the system not only functioned efficiently but also looked clean and well-organized.

Throughout the installation, the team conducted thorough testing to ensure the system's optimal performance. They identified and resolved any potential issues promptly, demonstrating their commitment to delivering a top-notch service.

There were so many faults with our heating and boiler installation that I don’t know where to start. Major leak in ceiling, live wire not capped do my husband got an electric shock. Double socket obscured by putting pipes over it. Carpet burnt where pipes had been soldered, clipped pipes left hanging down. Holes left in ceiling where they tried to drill in wrong places. I could go on and on. Installers uncommunitive. Couldn’t even stay in our house so had to find other accommodation for the night. The whole thing was a shambles. So far no answers from Ecoboilergrant. Not impressed at all. I wish I could have given a zero review. Dreadful experience

I would recommend Eco Boiler to anyone. The process was smooth and they responded to everything I asked for. The guys who came to fit my boiler were brilliant! They were careful to protect my carpets and surfaces in my home. They cleaned up after they left and communicated with me all the way through the process of fitting my new boiler. They worked hard, were friendly and polite. At the end they explained how my new boiler worked and left me feeling very grateful and reassured about everything. Thank you Shabab and Jamil!

Excellent company. I was kept informed throughout the whole process of installing the boiler and radiators. Everyone arrived on time and worked very hard. The survey was thorough so the fitters knew exactly what they had to do. I had four fitters the first day and three fitters the second day. They worked until 7:30 pm to get the job completed. They worked cleanly and professionally. I am very very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend this company.

We expected (from previous experience of having a new boiler installed) the process to take only half a day. However, with this installation, it actually took 14 hours over two days! Why? It, first of all, was a more difficult installation than first anticipated and the weather was most unpleasant for outside work.
The two engineers were most professional, competent and conscientious to ensure that the boiler was installed correctly, safely and met the various rules and regulations.
I would recommend this company for the installation of any replacement gas central heating boiler.
