Boiler fitted with no problems at all. Very impressed with the company. Worked clean and tidy. Very friendly and kept us informed with what they were doing as they carried out the work. Would highly recommend.

After filling in the online form to see if we were eligible, we receved a phone call almost immediately from Amina, who verified eligibility and arranged for a surveyor to visit. I did have a few reservations after checking their website because of the grammar mistakes, but checking their reviews allayed some of my fears. After the surveyor submitted his report, Amina called back and arranged a date convenient for us to have the installation. The company arrived at 9am on the dot and there were 3 young lads who did all the work and one supervisor who checked everything. They didn't leave until everything was working and tested. They performed a power flush of the existing system and fitted TRV's on the radiators. A wireless thermostat was fitted, a magnaclean filter, a scale reducer and CO alarm.
All working ok and just in time for the cold snap. House is nice and warm and the pressure from the taps has increased so very pleased with everything. Thanks to Ecoboilergrants, Amina and the local plumbing company.

The installation was competent, the boiler works, but the process very stressful to me because of my OCD, which admittedly is not really your fault.

The boiler works great and the survey and work was completed in good time. There were a couple of issue with aesthetics to begin with and a messy finish but after communication things were put right.

The guys were great very helpful ,all done on time and they cleaned up after them selves..
Would definitely use them again if needed

Really impressed. after filling out online application i had a phone call the next day to check details and book in home assessment which took place 2 days later.
within a week during Christmas period i had an installation date for boiler replacement.
Three heating engineers were professional and helpful. They used dustsheets everywhere and cleaned up. They took old boiler away to recycle and explained how to use new wireless thermostat. They left no mess at all in the house, left me a couple of bin bags of rubbish to dispose of which is no big deal for a good job done. All in all highly recommend ecoboilergrants and the installation team. Thank you

The same guys came out to reconnect the gas pipe. Done it in 15 min.

I was surprised at the swift process of contacting Ecoboiler grants ,from paper work to the day of installation, which was just one week.

On the day of installation, the workmen arrived promptly in the morning and informed me the job will take the whole day but they finished the job by lunch time with a fresh shiny new boiler and the work done was very impressively done with no mess left around.

Boiler is working fine now with a new state of the art (ESI)thermostat

The engineers who arrived to fit the new boiler took the time to assess where to fit the new unit and listened to my requirements. There was lots of banter and good humour while they worked. so far so good, my classic car is a little warmer and when I have our kitchen extension built there will be a radiator going in the garage. Great work, thank you very much

Team of 3 fitters arrived at 11am and did not leave until they had finished around 6pm. A longer job because changing from 40 year old conventional boiler to a combi... repositioning of flue etc
All very professional and still can't believe it took less than 2 weeks from initial phone call to installation, all done over the christmas period and not a penny to pay!

Excellent and efficent service from start to finish, changed from a very old system boiler to a combi (big job that could have been messy) but there fitters were excellent and complete the job in a few hours, and left everything very tidy

I.am amazed at the difference the new boiler gives us ,the heat is good ,and I’m really pleased I have a thermostat the guys were very nice ,.

I had a very good experience with ecoboiler grant staff including the engineers that came out to fix my boiler. All very professional, I do Recommend them.

I called them 2 weeks ago and told them that I have really old boiler next day they came and did the survey and five days later 2 guys came and installed the new boiler i highly recommend this company thanks guys.
